ABOUT LIZ ROSS


INTRODUCTION

Hi there, my name is Liz Ross, I am 33 years of age. I am a woman living in Lake
Macquarie in NSW Australia. I have a partner his name is Dan.

I love music, dancing, nature, chai and taking care of my health and wellbeing
in all areas of my life.

I help women and men in their 20’s, 30’s & 40s to let go of their past and
reconnect to themselves and create fulfilling relationships.

I am a certified Master Neuro Linguistic Practitioner, Timeline Therapist,
Relationship Coach, Holistic Counsellor, Christian Meditation Teacher & I offer
hands on healings gifted to me at birth by my Christian faith and up brining.


MY BACKGROUND

I have studied a Bachelor of Nursing Degree and completed this degree in 2015. I
was also a student midwife for 12 months I have worked within the healthcare
industry since I was 18 years old, for over 13 years in various areas. I am
currently studying my Masters in Holistic Counselling through the Australian
School of Holistic Counsellors and will complete my final course, My Thesis in
January 2023.



I have overcome the label I gave myself of being a foster child in a terrible
system. I am going to help you from my lived experience, from my growth and
knowledge and from my perspective. I’ve done it and so can you. If you are
ready, if you are committed to the process and you want to do the same thing, if
you want the benefits from my perspective as someone who has overcome adversity
in the form of not feeling loved and feeling alone and abandoned. Then I may be
the right coach for you.


WHO I HELP

I help women & men in their 20s, 30s & 40s to acknowledge their past through my
Signature Process, The Evolve Process. With my core 3 month one on one package.
The Holistic one on one Healing Package. I have a 12 Step Process I take you
through within My 4 Pillars Healing, Energy, Clarity and Balance. Within each
pillar you will experience a greater awareness and deeper understanding of
yourself, you will heal, forgive, connect to your heart, commit and create a new
life on your terms.



I also offer Group Coaching for women for 3 months this starts in April 2023.

I help you to understand who you are very deeply and transform your perspective
through my natural abilities and spark of life. I am able to hold a sacred space
of nourishment & healing for all types of people from all walks of life.

My areas of experience and passion are self expression, confidence, empowerment
and creating healthy relationships.

I also coach individuals and groups through trauma informed support, inner child
work & attachment styles. I help people to acknowledge themselves in turn
allowing other relationships around them to flourish.


MY STYLE OF WORK

I work one on one with clients, couples and in groups. I am leading my 12 Week
Holistic Group Coaching Online for Women again in April 2023. This Online Group
Coaching is suitable to mothers or entrepreneurial women who feel stuck, not
enough, overwhelmed, exhausted and stressed. Through the group coaching they
will express themselves, heal, build confidence within, create a healthier
relationship with themselves and others. And also have access to a community of
like-minded women.



I have helped many types of people such as parents and professionals. I have
helped them to acknowledge their past. Which has allowed a deep inner healing
and transformation to take place. Giving these individuals their power, freedom,
confidence and life back allows them to feel whole and complete and live the
life they want.

I have an ability to talk to people from all walks of life and upbringings
through my natural healing abilities and intentions, I serve & give a
high-quality service to all.

My presence is nourishing, I have a natural ability to witness people simply
with my presence. I have a great empathy and understanding of people, which
stems from my life experiences of labelling myself in my past as a foster child,
I had felt unloved, unworthy, not good enough and I felt different, throughout
my life. This and many other life experiences has led me into my business Evolve
and Become, as a Relationship Coach since 2019 helping people all around the
world to create fulfilling relationship, in person and online.
