Complete Disappointment
I registered and paid for a climbing trip to Kilimanjaro, but when the war broke
out in Israel, I requested to cancel. The company promised a refund, but I
haven't received anything to date. The owner constantly avoids communication and
makes empty promises. Customer service is unresponsive, and I experienced total
unprofessionalism. Huge disappointment – I do not recommend!

Mount meru
Me and four of my friends climbed mount meru with Baha and his amazing crew.
Everyone were so nice and It was an amazing experience, baha was the best guide
we could ever dream of. He was very professional and made sure all the time that
every one is feeling good and that everything would work as it should. In
addition, The food was AMAZING! We expected much less! Paul cooked for us fries,
pizza, rice, amazing soups and much more. We are so lucky and thankful for
climbing mount meru with alligator and specially with baha. One team- one dream!

Kilimanjaro and safari guide
My partner and I climbed to the top of Kilimanjaro on the Machame route in 6
days and in addition 4 more days at the safari ! It was an amazing experience
and Emanuel made sure that everything would work as it should and that we
receive the best service!!! We had excellent and very thoughtful guides,
including adjustments to our diet and personal needs. We strongly recommend
Alligator to anyone who wants to travel in Tanzania!!

Mount Meru, value for money
Really recommended!Great value for money!! Affordable price comparing to other
companies and you get a really good service. We climb the Meru mountain - 4 days
with this company and we were really satisfied from all the crew we have: The
porters, the cook an the Guide (Baha). All the people did their job well and
were nice with us.2 days before starting the Trek Emmanuel (paroko) the company
owner met us, explained about the trek and took us to an equipment rent shop in
order to choose what we need for the trek. A relaiable and good person. Don't
hesistate to close deal with alligator - you will get all what you need and
booked!

Amazing honey moon
We organized our honeymoon with Paroko, we did Safari,Tribes & Kilimanjaro.
Faroko and the team are professionals, very nice and took care of everything for
us. The trip was wonderful, paroko helped us build the exact route according to
our needs , he was flexible to changes and everything went exactly as planned.
Paroko's guides are professional, full of knowledge, good English speakers, the
food and the equipment was excellent and the price was the best price we could
find. We highly recommend Elligator's service!!!

Machame route Kilimanjaro
We are religious Jews who keep kosher and thanks to Emanuel, we didn’t have any
problems with that during our climb up Kilimanjaro. Emanuel knows about kashrut
and has separate dishes for religious hikers. In addition to his help with
religious requests, Emanuel set us up with fantastic guides. Michael and Modest
were the perfect combination of fun, responsible and motivating. It was a
fantastic climb!
