verify forged Document
I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company
are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan
agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should
there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?

We use Docusign eSignature API One of our customers needs to set up a QES, and
some of the signatories have last names with diacritical marks (e.g., a slashed
"o" or umlauts). Could this potentially cause any issues with identity
verification?

Suddenly Can't Add PDF to Envelope Template.
I’m in the middle of creating multiple Envelope Templates, each with multiple
documents. Within each envelope some of the documents are .docx format and
others are .pdf. I saved and closed the first Envelope Template then opened the
2nd Envelope Template which already had 3 .docx files in it. I clicked to add a
PDF document when I suddenly got a message saying “New editor only supports DOCX
files” (see screenshot below). What is going on?? I just added a PDF to the
first Envelope Template not even 2 minutes ago! I’m not building a document,
just adding documents to an Envelope Template and adding signing fields to those
documents. I’m new to Docusign and am using it for basic eSignature stuff, like
sending contracts to clients for signature. Thank you in advance for any help!!
UPDATE -- I removed the 3 .docx files that were already in the 2nd Envelope
Template and then was able to successfully add the PDF to that template. Can

Signing Resource File changes not reflecting
Hello, I want to hide the download & print button from the post signing
experience screen. I have updated the signing resource XML file by marking
DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload & DocuSign_SigningAllowPrint as false. (referred :
DocuSign Signing Resource File Guide) As mentioned, these buttons won’t be
hidden from recipients who hold an account within DocuSign but I’m able to see
the Download & Print buttons on the popup window & don’t have an account within

PDF Document not applying template correctly
I have created a contract in PDF format. Every contract is for a different
customer. The contract is partly populated from our database and partly
completed with unique information in fillable areas and then saved. The contract
is then uploaded into DocuSign and a template is applied. For some people this
works perfectly, and all the fields are allocated the correct
“initial/signature” spots. In all cases an initial pop-up window appears saying
that “Form Fields were found” and once the template is applied, another pop-up
appears saying “Template was successfully applied.” However, once we move to the
contract itself, and the window below pops up with the option to “Keep PDF form
data” and that is selected, we get a perfect contract, if this window does not
pop up the initials/signatures are off to the right and aren’t lined up where
they should be. I cannot find a solution to this problem online. I have looked
at whether it is a difference between using Chrome or Edge and also differe

Error downloading document "Recipient has not passed authentication steps"
I’m trying to download a signed document under my ID. It asked various security
questions, and I apparently failed one of them so when I click on the download
arrow next to the document I get the following message: {“errorCode”:
“RECIPIENT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED”,”message”:”Recipient has not passed
authentication steps.”} I’m trying to find help on resolving this. Thank you so

How to Assign Numeric Values to a Number Field Based on Selected Radio Button in
DocuSign
Hello DocuSign Community, I am working on a form where I need to capture
specific numeric values in a "Score" field based on the radio button (bullet
point) selected by the user. Currently, I can only set up rules to show or hide
fields based on the selection, but I need to directly populate a number field
with a predefined value corresponding to each bullet point selected. Here’s what
I’m trying to achieve: Depending on which bullet point the user selects, a
corresponding numeric value should automatically fill a separate "Score" field.
For example, if Option A is selected, the Score field should automatically be
set to 100, Option B to 70, and so forth. The existing rules functionality only
allows me to show or hide fields but does not support assigning values directly.
Is there a workaround or a method within DocuSign to accomplish this? Thank you

opportunity the files save as one PDF, but in the completion email it’s received

Entering in Phone number not working
I was asked to sign a document by someone and one of the questions is asking for
my phone number. I don’t understand what format they want me to enter the phone
number in. I have tried entering it in normally and with dashes. The sample
format they gave me was #, # # #. ##. which makes no sense.

Resizing Issue or Glitch
Hello everyone. I'm adding a textbox to a contract I'm trying to fill out and
when i try to resize the text to fit along the according lines it doesn't let
me. The selected text box only lets me move it around but does not let me resize
it using the expanded arrows on the corners. its like the text box has a fixed
size. Is there a fix to this?

I have a State Drop Down field on a form that was made in InDesign and then
ported to Acrobat. As you can see, when brining it into DocuSign the, label
covers the Drop Down as well as the adjacent form field.Is there a way for me to

duplicate e-mails
We use DocuSign for time and attendance slips. We have noticed that a time slip
will be signed by the associate, manager, and HR, but we continue to receive
duplicate copies of the slip. The manager reports similar duplicate e-mails. I
recently received an e-mail from a time slip that had been completed in August.
Is there a way to prevent this?

i have tried numerous format such as (xxx) xxxx-xxxx xxx-xxxx-xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx

Email Resource File to have footer
Hi all, I am looking to modify the email resource file to have additional footer
in all the email sent, I copied the EnvelopeActivation_HtmlBody and
EnvelopeActivation_PlainTextBody data tag from the master resource file to a
custom file i created and added the footer, but the mail that comes post after
placing the xml file in brand is raw format, any other change that we would need
to make to send the mails in proper format

Laserpro to Docusign issues
When exporting documents from Lasepro to Docusign, Docusign gets the correct
documents and the correct signing order. All that. But we’re experiencing an
issue within the envelope once it’s in Docusign. For this example, Laserpro has
a Lender Editor as the first recipient. When the LE goes into the envelope they
have select “Manage”. In there they can edit documents or recipients. However,
they do not have an option to Send Later, only an option to “Correct” which
sends the envelope even if it's not ready yet. Additionally, if the LE needs to
go back in after and correct something, they do not have an option to “Correct”
like they normally would. It’s sent out and that’s that. Docusign support has
been helpful, but referred me to Laserpro/Finastra, who then referred me back to
Docusign. Has anyone else had an issue like this or found a solution? Thanks!

Get Notification When Somone Signs Document
I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings. I received
notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone
signed and I didn’t get a notification. There were two people to sign, one did,
one didn’t. I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification. This
hasn’t happened before that I remember. Please advise. I didn’t see anything in
the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed
it. Thanks

por aqui.Há mais de 4 anos que utilizo o sistema apenas para assinar meus

individually. I don't use it for other purposes. Since yesterday, I can't sign
my documents anymore, claiming that I've already used up all my quota. I can't
get support, only through here. I've been using the system for over 4 years only
