ERC, I got your response from an Agent today, it's attached below today of Sep
28 2022, and that's after having received no response since Friday of last week.
This response is at this point not accepted and not at all acceptable. Andy
Jassy and Amazon Legal you have still motioned adverse actions against me. 

The termination date effective on May 7th, 2022 is invalid and not at all
appropriate to mention or state as true at this point. ERC You owe me ongoing
wages since April of 2022 this year. You owe me wages from April 2022 until
present and ongoing future present, forward. You cannot terminate an employee
using motions of corporate retaliation and/or using medical fraud in which case
you, your Amazon Legal team, edited a medical leave that was supposed to be
until June 11th, and you changed that date to May 7th to motion your adverse
actions of retaliation, including terminations.

IT HAS BEEN CLEARLY DISCUSSED...

...and showcased that your Amazon Legal team motioned actions of corporate
retaliation against me. At this point, you have continued to state the very
obvious fallacies of your corporate motions of retaliation. I am on FMLA medical
leave, your Amazon Legal team, has and still has motioned advances to murder me.

I expect a response today from ERC correcting itself from refraining from using
any words of "termination" or equivilement of that nature. I am currently on
medical leave, I'm a victim of corporate retliation, and I am not allowing this
concern to be unaddressed even if Andy jassy chooses to ignore the blatant
obvious case in which you motioned corporate retliation motions against me. 

At this point I am not at all impressed with ERC's ongoing mention of
termination of my employement. We have already discussed with Board and Officer
read receipts, and motioned forward correspondance that no longer state that
that termiantion as valid and any further terminations as valid at all.

At this point you have until today to answer to my concerns, and pay my wages
immediately. You owe me wages for each month since April, ERC, and all wages
following and ongoing presently. You cannot at all state again I am terminated
in anyway. The records are completely false.

Smrutit ERC I expect a response today immediately, in which correction is
required given reasons as stated in this email, from your most recent email sent
today, at Sep 28th 9:05 AM. We have been back and forth on this issue since May,
and, Andy Jassy, why are you still doing the most insane things?

ERC the invoice attached is for all months up to September, or the most present
month in which wages are paid out by Amazon, starting from April 2022. YOu will
need to pay those wages due to late fees, to state the least and my work done
showcasing that non of your legal team and/or operational leaders are at my
caliber of performance - Given I am working currently at Amazon during a loa for
medical reasons, and I am working at Amazon curently not only because I am
currently employed but also due to amazon continuing motions of corporate
retaliation, in which case directly ties Amazon as part of my work, and as part
of who I work for as employers.

Please respond today and stop continuing any type of corporate retaliation.
Non-response is corporate retaliation. Mentioning termination again, is
corporate retaliation. Motioning corporate retaliation at this point is
liability fully by all stakeholders at Amazon VP and higher. You are more than
able to now understand the concern. You, and not just you Amazon and its
affiliates, but now, much of the world that is your counterpart.

I expect a full response today that is actioning resolutions immediately instead
of telling me the same thing I've been told since May. We are not going to go
down this route of "termiantated effective 5/7" because as detailed here very

time was fully through the intentions of corporate retaliation.

I feel like this is at this point, a cruel joke done by Amazon Legal to further
motions of retaliation against me. I do not feel at all like any progress has
been achieved. In fact I feel that I am still being murdered and whitemailed by
Amazon.

You cannot at all state any statements of any type of "termination" because, as
said since May, I am still employed at Amazon. You cannot terminate employees
for reasons of retaliation and at this point this is Andy Jassy admitting on
record he supports motions of corporate retaliation. Since this last email sent
on Sep 28th is a blatant incorrect statement, you will need to respond
immediately today. You will need to action wages of all months missing since
April of 2022.

You, as corporate leaders at a vice presidential executive level and/or as a
state licensed and approved attorney who have undergone training at law
institutions which grant degrees regulated by the ABA as valid and credible, are
more than capable of understanding the issue at this point, and if not, that is
unfortunate because the outside audience right now understands the gravity of
the concerns. Your board of directors are now completely admitting to supporting
motions of corporate retaliation. I need to see resolutions being actions today,
and not at all any of this type of filibustering in HR corporate retaliation
through repeating the same statements repeatedly.  

Moreover, Amazon's lack of concern as demonstrated in its writings and actions
shows that Amazon's Leaders are not in a sound state of mind in respecting
reality and understanding how their leadership decisions affect others,
specifically myself, In light of the ongoing adverse corporate actions that have
been motioned and have been motioned, it would be fair to say that these actions
constitute, to say the least, cruel and unusual employer-to-employee treatment ,
psychological torture, and attempted/attempted murder.

 

In now even more grave and unsettling revelations in writing, Amazon Leaders who
have still acted Through non-concerns in responses showcase a delusional either:
A: joy in bringing torture to others, or B: a lack of understanding reality
enough to distinguish actions from right and wrong. Either cases of A, or B
showcases Amazon Leaders as a danger to society, because I, the victim here, am
part of society. Given the organizational reach to the wider public of the
world, as well as through the corporate research and education programme
administered currently by the organization and business , i am more than just a
part of society now as a single person. I am also a part of society as a
corporate executive leading a corporation , just like any other corporation at
this point similar to Amazon , given due to such corporation currently defending
Ziping Liu from corporate retaliation by Amazon L egal and completely showcasing
and reporting out the insanity through literature released , as said but not
limited to, of Amazon's leaders, ongoing. 

 



The case in which ERC continues and has continued to respond with continuous
questions of "what the concern is" in past Correspondances is not at all regular
or at all reasonable to ask I am not one that is inadequate with my
communication in writing at all, and at all affected by any issues of
communicating clear ideas and abstracts to outside parties. As seen, I do not
suffer from communication inefficiencies or ambiguities, metrically  proven .
Hence, the continual state of ERC in non-concern and in portrayed confusion is
as stated, at this point, is cased definitively with metric and statistics from
literature released and literature released outside the context of corporate
communication. Such portrayed and not at all claimable as genuine confusion
and/or normal confusion by ERC, is another form of corporate retaliation
motioned by, as stated, leaders of Amazon either unsound in states of mind or
lacking ability to perceive their own actions beyond themselves.

 

 

Further statements of terminations as valid against Ziping Liu will be written
down as Amazon, the entire company agreeing and coimplying with violations of
Federal laws and Corporate retaliation. It is very hard to find motivaiton to
live when you are being corporate retaliated against. Please do not state any
type of "statements" regarding any type of status of mine as "termianted." As
reasoned, any terminations at this point is invalid and you stating today, on
Sep 28th that you see my status as termianted is complately false. Please
respond immediately ERC. ERC YOu have not issued wages of mine since April of
2022, you need to issue all wages immediately. We will then handle the concerns
of grievances from there.

   Amazon, as regarding the concern of mine, as definitely, at this point, a
   minor "inconvenience" to them. I don't think corporeate realition, whitemail,
   and attempt of murder on my life is considered "an inconvience" for anybody.
   Moreover, stating that my concerns are merely an inconvenience to be regarded
   with such reckless response in support of my concerns as such, is
   psychological tormentation including but not limited to: gas-lighting and
   psychopathic-driven (through supports given casings as Amazon Legal and
   Leaders with intent of malice) manipulation.

But, You, ERC and Andy Jassy, already are fully aware of the concern. You have
defined the concern yourself, ERC, on Friday of last week, as "THE
INCONVENIENCE."



You now have classified the concerns in your own terminology. Regardless or not
if you are able to actually understand the gravity of the concerns, you are
aware of some "INCONVENIENCE" that exists.You however, are not at all in line
with what the reality and the public views as the concerns. Because at this
point, the concerns are a lot more pressing and consequential towards associates
of Amazon than simply an "INCONVENIENCE" of wage issues.




Notice how Aetna SIU get's things resolved, because these issues are real and
these issues are directly of grounded and evidential truths in writing not just
from email receipts but also READ email receipts by your associates and all
forms of blocking my email by Amazon Associates, such as done by Seipsky, is now
recorded as furthered proof of being the cause of the problem and concern
ONGOING right now, because you ERC, just stated a false assumption in your
bookkeeping records, in which showcases in writing your book keeping has not at
all corrected its fraudulent case of records tampering and medical fraud,
ongoing now for 180 days.

Your Board of Directors are all liable, and if not legally, they are only to be
seen as the most wretched, and insane leaders, by their own counterparts.
Because, not only is this issue seen by the audience in the emails, but as
stated, by a daily traffic of more than half a million requests a day to my
websites and growing. I expect a full apology for this email today and response
immediately, today, with corrections of this last email sent by ERC on Sep 28th,
2022, or that is you, your leaders, and all VPs and higher admitting to
committing ongoing, not just willful ignorance of the crime, but now as stated
and cased here: https://ajassy.cn/4 as full comitance of crimes ongoing with
bad-intentions.

It doesn't matter if they don't work at ERC. ERC is the employee resource center
of the Federal Gov, such as the DOL. It's the Employee Resource Center of
Amazon, in which case they are vice presidents of.  Furthermore, to the leaders
of DOL.Gov and DOJ.IN, you are stakeholders of this concern as well. Further
resolutions and concerns that are not addressed will also place you as liable,
including Marty Walsh.

To the Attorney Generals of Texas, and Washington and Delaware, please place a
temporary position for my case to get fast tracked in case court motions are
required in October. I do not want this to be stalled and want to move this
process along fast tracked since, the common welfare of the world has already
viewed the entire progression of non-action and ongoing retaliations by Amazon
Leaders. I do not want this to be a three month affair, and will need to see
this case moved and processed through within the shortest time possible given
that casings guilt are already set in stone by my writings of legal case
statements and Amazon's ongoing evidential writings in fraud sealed. In case
Amazon leaders and Legal think it is at this point, moving along my concerns at
a rate acceptable and at my level of performance and efficiency, when motions
start in October. And yes, I will be moving forward fully with intentions of
prison sentencing. 

I take action and move fast. I'm very efficient at my legal work. This is
exactly why your motions of "termination" are more than invalid Amazon, you
don't fire those that are more capable than you and fire them for reasons of
hiding your own mistakes and crimes. Recall, issues from April have not been
released to the public, these are all issues that you have aggressed against me
in May and ongoing. All court motions will begin with what started it all.
Please take action, and resolve my concerns immediately ERC, and that starts
with correcting your email sent today.

So the year, in which you, ERC, state is unclear, is for the year of 2022. The

You also need to understand the gravity of the concerns right now. Corporate
retaliation has been ongoing now since May of 2022. At this point, it's no
longer the same environment as May of 2022 when your amazonian leaders motioned
and approved actions of corporate wide retaliation against me. 

You have to realize, right now, site traffic on my websites is now around over
500,000 requests a day and growing. At this point this concern, if not actioned
by Amazon ERC, will be actioned by the outside world and thereby placing all
associates at Amazon as criminals. Understand that at this point I control the
impression of the PR, which encompasses this case. Court motions, if your
leaders so wish to showcase as your leaders' way of remaning in bad-intentions
in regards to such concerns of mine, will not only end in tragedies with Amazon
Leaders, but of Amazon.com, as a corporation, and this is not due to my actions,
this is driven soely by actions of non-actions in resolutions of my concerns,
and and actions of ongoing corporate reatliation by all your leaders of Amazon
at this point.

You have no idea how much patience I have given to you, ERC, and right now you
are asking me for the year. Are you kidding me? I don't know if things aren't
clear with you and if they are not, you better start asking a lot more in depth
and human questions towards me, than what you have asked me for the past 180
days which is "can you clarify the concerns" or "can you confirm the dates of
wages."


AND WHAT DO YOU SEE BELOW AMAZON LEGAL FROM READING THESE EVENTS DETALIED BY THE
STAKEHOLDER LETTER?

The most stupid, idiotic, wrteched, evil, and insane actions, as if it was done
by not children since children aren't THAT stupid (go read the shell book or
something on the beach), literally - you guys are at the very very very best, a
colony of prarier dogs without at all any notion of what existence is beyond
scavenging and digging dirt for more beads. THIS type of performance is not at
all regular or even sounded in actions from individuals with stable heads on
their shoulders. You need to be drug screened, that's one very clear explanation
right now. Here's mine.

Or can we get my action items handled right now? 

Respond to ERC DLS, but by proxy, of course, because really it's those in charge
of the ship. 

Is it hard to find motivation to remember where you lost the DLS case? Here is
some more reference and motivation reading material for Amazon DLS, because at
this point, it's not just Andy that is liable, it's starting to now encompass L7
or lower, because this is serious, it's a medical felony.

We can all go get one together, hair follicle, and if any of you tests positive
for anything, you admit fully to guilt of all liabilities. Or you can resolve
the iablities by actioing my concerns, including but not limited to: paying me
my wages and handling my DLS cases, just to name the very simple actions to take
right now?

your policies, because I was incredibly impressed with the new leadership
principles added to the LP's (Mission Statement) of Amazon. Primarily because
they heavily stated the word "empathy," and with that said,

Amazon Legal, we all know what is to be said. There is no point in saying it
again. But here it is again: You cannot simply state that these are your
"LPs" and not make that your business interest. And you definitely cannot state
these are your LP's if you actually are waiting for me to serve you Amazon
Legal.

This was a huge misstep by Amazon Legal, since in their intentions to motion
adverse actions, they violated fully false statement of wages of mine, since
March 2020 hence wages owed since March 2020 as stated by me in our ethics

AMAZON US PAYROLL CALCULATED MY WAGES TO 0 DOLLARS

 * The same week - up-to but not including the day of April 30th, for the first
   time, an associate of Amazon HR reached out to me, stating: I have saw your
   concerns on your ethics hotline thread.
 * The Associate of Amazon HR had told me my concerns are being worked on by
   stake holders.

 * On April 30th, the result of that was 0 dollars
   
   * Great f🤬🤬🤬 work Caroline. You definitely were working on my concerns for
     the last 3 weeks and then of course, this result had nothing to do with
     what you were working on and was a mistaken calculation. You do realize
     that at this point, when you sent out 0 dollars for April, I completely
     lost faith in you and your team of Amazon HR USA, and I moved fast into
     defense mode because, I'm not a f🤬 idiot, I know retaliation when I see it
     and at this point this was a move of retaliation that you really can't back
     out of without looking like a complete idiot. SO of course, I knew it was
     the end of the line for me, in which, I knew the flurry of retaliations
     were coming hard, and coming to hit me right in the Amazon Legal fraud
     letters. I did not guess you would actually utilize law enforcement to
     scare me. Unfortuantely, I'm not scared of law enforcement. They protect
     me. The f🤬 would I be scared of them knocking my door for?

The Amazon HR assoc. stated: we are concerned, you have used profanities in your
ethics-hotline messaging board. You are now given an official employee strike of
violations, and another strike may result in termination. The strike motions
that you cannot use profanities in your messages anymore.

 * I responded, and said, my profanities are not at all directed at any person.
   They are directed at your policies written.
 * I responded, I am very upset you are focusing on this right now, given that
   we have been working on issues since March 2022, the entire reason why I am
   now the focus of your Executive team, on resolving Amazon Legal's mistake of
   [REDACTED].
 * Note: I had been such a bar raiser in executive policy creation, policy
   procedures, and business affairs that Career Wellness Executive Coaching
   placed me on a 6 month approved executive coaching program, ending on Sept
   2022.
 * That is to say, indeed, I am a business Executive and CEO level of
   performance ability, type of guy. Note: Security smiled and laughed at my
