ABOUT TENA FREE SAMPLES
How many and how often can I order free samples?
You can order up to three samples at a time and if it turns out that you still
haven't found the ideal one, you can order three more after a month. The limit
is one order of up to three samples per household per month.
How long does my free samples take to arrive?
Most samples arrive within 7 - 14 working days, depending on where you live and
the current postal service load.
Does my free sample pack arrived branded TENA?
No. We understand how important discretion when it comes to incontinence. All
samples arrive in plain packaging that gives no indication of the contents.
