or in the App Store.


REGISTER OR SIGN IN

Create a new digital account or sign in using your Bupa Touch, Be.Me or Bupa
Blua Health details.


MANAGE YOUR COVER

You’re ready to go. Request treatment, make claims, view your documents and much
more.


GET THE BUPA TOUCH APP

Download Bupa Touch and manage your cover on the go. If you have an iPhone,
select the App Store. If you have an Android, select Google Play.

Or scan the QR code with your phone camera to download the app.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my memorable number?



If you’ve forgotten your memorable number, sign in using your email address and
password. When we ask for two digits from your memorable number, select
‘forgotten memorable number’ and follow the steps to reset it.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?



If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign
in page and follow the steps to reset it. You’ll then be able to use your new
password to sign in.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my sign in email address?



If you’ve forgotten your sign in email address, use the 'forgotten your email
address’ link on the sign in page. We’ll let you know your sign in email address
once we’ve verified you.

What can I do with my digital account?
Who can have a digital account?



Anyone over the age of 16 on your cover can create a digital account. The main
member can also access all information for anybody under the age of 16 on their
cover.

What can I see in my claims history?



You can see claims for your current health or dental cover from up to 7 years
ago. You’ll see details of your own claims and you can download your claims
advice statements.


If you’re the main person on your cover and you have dependants under 16 years
old, you can also download their claims advice statements.

Can I access my Bupa cash plan or dental policy through my online account?



You can access your dental and health cover documents and your health assessment
reports. You can also get rewards and benefits like Anytime HealthLine and our
Bupa Blua Health digital GP service.† You can’t access cash plans, Bupa On
Demand or travel cover through your online account.

Can I access Bupa Global or international services in Bupa Touch?



No. At the moment, this online account is for Bupa UK customers only.

Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. We may record or monitor
