->Tribal face paint and markings. Floral and mandala design tattoo that covers
her left arm shoulders, back to the right hip and leg.
->She is small, especially for her gender and race. some might think her a
'runt'Facts
-> Due to her travels, she does lack in academia since her mother was not
knowledgeable in Eorzean teachings. She did learn how to read enough to get
through but still has difficulty.
-> Also due to her travels she is very knowledgeable about plants, herbs and
spices especially for teas and some medicines.
->While she is not professional, traveling has allowed her to have a hand in
many skills that aided her. 'Street smart' so to speak

LORE

Ly’ara’s mother was one of the first to leave the Golmore Jungle in hopes to
finding a better life and adventure outside the Viera tribes after her mate did
not return. With her child at her side she would hide her Viera features for a
long time until more of her kin appeared and became more accepted in Eorzean
society. At some point, she was found by a group of nomadic travelers and taken
in. Mother and child continued to travel, feeling it to be the safest place to
hide for the time being. They couldn’t always hide some of their traits of
course but the nomads and traveling merchants accepted them none the less, or at
least paid them no mind.Through out the years, Her Mother taught Ly'ara
everything she learned from her time in Golmore like hunting, cooking, though
mentioning very little of her past. Dancing, which was the tribes favord form of
art, became a benefited both them and their now family of vagabonds as they
traveled with entertainment to better earn Gil. As Ly'ara grew into a young
woman, Her Mother started to tach her not just dancing but fighting and
defending herself through similar techniques of dance and Aether. By the time
Ly’ara came of age, Viera were becoming more common in Eorzea and she no longer
had to hide as much. Her dancing making her nomadic group also quite popular
when they came to the cities.On one tragic night after leaving one of the bigger
cities, Ly’ara came to their tent to find her mother gone from the world as the
blood seeped into the bedding. In total shock, Ly’ara ran from the camp, away
from what was no longer her family, away from everything she knew and slipped
into the shadows. She appeared a few years later still in search of her mother's
murderer but loss much motivation and hope.She still searches in hope of finding
a lead of sorts, Using dancing as her excuse to travel and fit into places where
one might glean more information.
