ACCENTURE, FERRARI AND SYSCO

Garth Mackenzie is a very well-known name in local trading circles. He used to
host a popular TV show about trading, helping many along the way in the markets.
Garth is now based in the UK and one of his ventures is a great podcast called
Talking with Traders. I've had the joy of being invited to the show in each of
the past three seasons.

In my latest appearance, Garth asked me to discuss the investment thesis for
Accenture, Ferrari and Sysco. He is an enthusiastic Magic Markets Premium
subscriber and has called it a "no brainer" to subscribe on several occasions.
Our work on these three companies caught his eye and we used Garth's podcast to
unpack the businesses in more detail.

If you've ever wanted a taste of the quality of the work that I do with Mohammed
Nalla in Magic Markets Premium, this is your chance. Listen to Talking with
Traders here>>>

CHOPPY MARKETS AHEAD OF THE FOMC

In the build-up to the FOMC rate announcement tomorrow evening, TreasuryONE
notes that the rand traded strongly until the better-than-expected PMI data
reversed those gains. The rand made it to R18.07 to the dollar until that PMI
announcement took our currency back up to R18.25.

The commodity sector had a far better day after a poor start to the week based
on disappointing Chinese data. Key metals are still off their recent highs.

Naturally, all eyes in the market will be on the Fed's rate decision.

GET UP TO SPEED ON THE UK

Curious about the dealmaking environment on the ground in the UK? We have just
the podcast for you!

Richard Asherson of Westbrooke Alternative Asset Management joined us on Magic
Markets to talk about the impact of macroeconomic conditions on deal pricing and
structures. If you're serious about upskilling your corporate finance, private
equity or dealmaking knowledge, then make sure you don't miss this podcast>>>

Have a great Wednesday!
