What you´ll do

 

You will work closely with the assistant of the COO of the Business Operations &
Strategy Transformation team to support in everyday tasks to ensure efficient
business operations.

The role includes the following responsibilities, among other tasks:

 * Administrative tasks like: calendar management, set up manager’s meetings –
   including pre/and post preparation, travel management
 * Managing workflows and monitoring items like vacation requests, shopping
   carts, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
 * Support in organizing internal events such as team and leadership workshops
   as well as other meetings

 

What you bring

 

 * Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
 * Collaborative and pro-active work-style
 * Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment and being
   comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on environment
 * Achievement orientation, creative thinking and enthusiasm
 * Open-minded, strong in communication, knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
   is a plus
 * Absolute trustworthiness and confidentiality
 * Appropriate German and English Language skills
