Digital Flexibility

The Unbreakable Global Pass is the first of its kind. A race pass that doubles
as a digital NFT. Active passholders gain instant access to the Universe of
Spartan with exclusive benefits. If you no longer want the pass, you can sell
the pass on the open market using OpenSea or any other secondary market site.
The blockchain that the NFT sits on tracks the effort and experiences of the NFT
owner (or owners) over the years, building a legacy that is unique to each
individual NFT. Some of these NFT’s will end up reflecting a global journey,
dedication and Spartan Life which will live on through eternity.

Annual ‘Be Unbreakable’ Event

Epic multi-day events hosted by Spartan founder Joe DeSena at a mystery
location. You’ll participate in live training with some of the world’s most
elite athletes, help shape the Spartan Portfolio, enjoy camaraderie with the
Unbreakable Spartan community, and feast together daily. We recognize that
attending all 3 events may not be possible, we will be announcing an alternative
path to allow you to make up for each missed “Be Unbreakable” event.

Enshrine Your Name In Ancient Sparta

Those who mint the Unbreakable Pass will have their name live on forever. The
Spartan 300 Memorial will be built in Ancient Sparta on behalf of Spartan,
paying homage to the Spartan 300. This 35-foot statue will have 15,000 stones
circling around it in support of the statue, and each will have the names of the
initial 15,000 pass holders. Each holder of a Super Rare will also get a
miniature replica of the Ancient Sparta statue.

Exclusive Airdrops

Holders will be rewarded with a one-of-a-kind NFT created by a world-renowned
artist airdropped into their wallet. They will be unique to every pass holder
and can become your very own Spartan avatar for your social profile, or you can
use it to identify yourself as a Spartan, similar to Bored Ape Yacht Club or
CryptoPunks. You can also choose to sell or trade this NFT on the secondary
market. The airdrop has to be claimed, or it may go to the public for immediate
sale.

COMING FALL 2022

Unbreakable Global Pass Mint

1,500 NFT Passes will be made available for "Whitelist" Pre-Sale at $2,700. The
remaining 13,500 NFT passes will be made available for Public Sale for $3,000 at
launch.

Each of the 15,000 NFT passes will give access for up to 9 years to all global
events by Spartan. The pass will guarantee the holder 3 years of Global access
up front, with the opportunity of two additional 3 year periods to be earned. In
order to qualify for each additional 3 year period, you will need to attend all
3 "Be Unbreakable" annual events the previous 3 years. We recognize that
attending all 3 events may not be possible, we will be announcing an alternative
path to allow you to make up for each missed “Be Unbreakable” event.

Also, randomly generated in the 15,000 NFT passes will be 300 "Super Rares",
which will give the pass holder an automatic 9 Years of Global Pass Access with
no expectations or requirements. The "Ultra Rare" pass will also give access to
additional perks other holders do not have.

Unbreakable Pass Event Activation

Use your Digital NFT to access the Spartan registraion pages for any event
worldwide. To start booking races, log in to your Spartan Account
(https://account.spartan.com/sign-in) and select the benefits section. The only
thing Pass Holders pay are race specific fees.

Merch Drop

Passholders will have exclusive access to Unbreakable Merch drops. 50% of all

Spartan Statue In Ancient Sparta

Those who are worthy enough to mint an UNBREAKABLE PASS will have their name
live on forever. A first of its kind statue has been approved in Ancient Sparta
on behalf of Spartan, paying homage to the Spartan 300. This 35 ft statue will
have all 15,000 original passholders names enshrined at the entrance of the
Memorial statue, starting with the 300 “Super Rare" passholder names and
followed by the remaining 14,700 passholders. As an added bonus, each holder of
a "Super Rare" will also get a physical miniature replica of the statue that
will be built in Sparta.

Airdrop

The very first airdrop to our UNBREAKABLE Passholders. This Airdropped NFT will
be created by a world renowned artist and will be a one of a kind piece of art,
all different to each NFT passholder. This can become your very own Spartan
avatar for social profiles or to identify yourself with as a Spartan. You can
also choose to sell or trade this NFT on the secondary market. The airdrop has
to be claimed or it will go to the public for immediate sale.

Unbreakable Pass Holders Only!

Provisional Itinerary

 * Day 1: Meet and greet with Joe De Sena. Feast in the evening with music and
   entertainment.
 * Day 2: Training sessions with pro athletes. Feast in the evening and
   entertainment.
 * Day 3: Pass holders get to try new obstacles and product innovations, and
   vote on the newest innovations for the coming season. To finish the event,
   there will be the “Spartan Charity Gala” event available to those who qualify
   (NFT holders that hold at least 2 Unbreakable passes, a “Super Rare”, or NFT
   holders who choose to purchase a charitable donation ticket price prior to
   entrance). Spartan will present the charity with their check at the event.


The event location will be revealed next year and can be anywhere in the world.
You can look forward to this EXCLUSIVE event every single year!

VIP Treatment for select events in select markets there will be Express Event

Is Buying a pass worth it?

We have never released anything like this for this low of a price! Everyone
values time, tools, and information differently. We believe the value of holding
this pass will far outweigh the mint price, but it is up to you to decide if
it's worth it to you. Our commitment is to underpromise and overdeliver.

Is there a Discord for community communication regarding this NFT?

Yes, we have moderators and team members ready to field your questions and to
make announcements regarding the NFT. There will be a chance for you to also get
on our Whitelist to allow early minting and guarantee yourself an UNBREAKABLE
pass.

How do we pay for the UNBREAKABLE GLOBAL PASS?

2023 Season Pass Holders and those on the Whitelist will receive an email at 8am
GMT with simple instructions on how to purchase. For existing 2023 Season Pass
Holders, your email will include a personalized code to discount the Unbreakable
Pass by the amount already paid. If you were not sent a 2023 Season Pass or
Whitelist email then please follow up with customer service.

What wallet do I need to store my NFT?

The NFT can also be stored in: (a) another digital wallet that the NFT owner
maintains. We suggest a Metamask wallet. It's very simple to download and It's
free. All you need to do is head on over to metamask.io and download the wallet,
add the chrome extension to your computer if you have one, and write down or
print out your seedphrase. Do not take a picture of it. Put it in your safe in
case you need to access it in the future. You can also download the Metamask
wallet to your smartphone and import your wallet as well using your seedphrase.
Again, this is all very simple and we will release easy to understand tutorial
videos for you prior to mint.), or (b) a custodial wallet maintained by Spartan
on the NFT owner’s behalf (subject to applicable custodial wallet terms and
conditions).

Do I have to be an athlete or existing Spartan customer to mint the NFT?

Absolutely NOT! We are an all inclusive community and want everyone to
participate in this digital offering. Whether you want to compete, get outside
and have some fun, or stay inside and get all the benefits from our technology
that our NFT will give you access to, its a great thing. We want the world
involved.

How long is the pass valid?

The pass is initially valid for a 3-year period, with all passes officially
effective on January 1, 2023 and valid through December 31, 2025 (regardless of
purchase date). Passholders have the opportunity to earn two additional 3-year
periods on top of that. All passes will expire December 31, 2031. The NFT
benefits, outside of events, will immediately start once your pass is minted.

Where will the BE UNBREAKABLE event be held each year?

This is a surprise and can be anywhere in the world. It will be tied to a race
event in one of our most amazing locations.

What are the maximum mints per wallet?

Early Whitelist allowance will be 2 minted passes maximum. Public sale allowance
will be 5 minted passes maximum per wallet.

Can I sell the pass?

Yes, this is a huge benefit to us making the pass an NFT. You can sell the pass
on the open market using OpenSea or any other secondary market site. The
collection will be automatically indexed there for you.

Why would I buy more than one pass?

Maybe you have a friend or family member who wants to join you at events.

How do I get on the whitelist?

The whitelist is closed effective 9/27 12am GMT.

How many Whitelist spots will be made available?

We may change our minds, but we have decided to make only 1,500 Whitelist spots
available for the UNBREAKABLE PASS mint.
