MY EFFORTS TO SECURE A REVERSE MORTGAGE…

My efforts to secure a Reverse Mortgage were finally answered by Loan Originator
Megan Erickson. The loan process was challenging at times, as they usually are,
but Ms. Erickson's responsiveness and support during the entire process made
things easier to manage. Her assurances were comforting. I was especially
impressed with her depth of knowledge about this specific product. The Mutual of
Omaha HECM loan package met my needs and closed in a timely fashion. I would
definitely recommend Ms. Erickson and Mutual of Omaha to anyone seeking a
positive experience securing a Reverse Mortgage.

REBEKAH WEISKITTEL WAS EXCELLENT

Rebekah Weiskittel was EXCELLENT! She was wonderful with myself and my husband.
Rebekah walked us through everything, and addressed every concern and questions

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST

The whole concept was explained so that I understood it. If I had any questions
Jonathan Pack was very quick to respond. He kept me appraised of where the
processing was at on the time-line and what was coming next. After everything
was completed, he checked back to make sure all was well . I was vert favorably
impressed with the customer service particularly since mine would have not been
a very large account for him. I would certainly recommend him and his company
100%.

CINDI WAS AMAZING

Cindi was amazing, very patient,and she made sure we understood everything she
put before us. No mater the time of day/night, she was always available to
answer any questions I may have had. During the application process vs the
closing process, Cindi numbers were calculated almost identical to the closing
figures. Cindi is a great asset to this company. Cindi went above and beyond to
make my loan process was seamless. I had no issues at all. I will recommend

THE AGENTS REALLY WORKED HARD

The agents really worked hard to get every available discount or favorable
amendment made to my loan to benefit us. They are good about communication as
far as returning calls and emails. Sometimes it felt like they did not like me
contacting them too much. The numbers of the loan are very vague, they don't go
into detail about it. After i signed the papers, it seemed like they were
annoyed to deal with me, and should have just directed me to the 800 number.
Overall, it was still a good experience and helped us tremendously.
