“Tom Duncumb came to our flat to replace a water tank due to a leak, which had
gone through to the flat below. He sorted that leak and found the source of
another leak and also sorted that and recognized a potential problem with
corroded pipes and sorted that as well. He then replaced the water tank. At all
times he communicated with me ( I was not on site ) and explained what was going
on and what needed doing. He also kept the flat owner below informed. He took
many photos to help with an insurance claim.He was efficient, thorough, polite
and friendly and left the flat very clean and tidy.I would not hesitate to
recommend Pimlico Plumbers if they are all as good as Tom !!”
