Inspiring Transformation

Bev Black an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and Registered
Counsellor (Independent Practice, HPCSA registered), is passionate about the
important role that individuals play in every organization. She believes that
transformation is crucial, and when witnessed, it is a powerful and magical
process.

Principles of psychology in the workplace are applied to modify and enhance
individual, group and organizational behavior.

Her extensive experience is related to the field of general management and human
capital management, and is grounded in insight and experience attained over the
past +25 years.

Her approach to collaboration is to establish vibrant business partnerships,
based on trust and appreciation of the social dynamics which exists in diverse
work situations. She believes that unlocking organizational growth requires
optimal use of all resources available in the context of economic and human
capital development.















After reading an article about how plastic is threatening the delicate
ecosystems in our oceans, Bev felt compelled to do her part in fighting this
problem. She discovered crafters in Umgababa who were making eco-friendly
baskets, and asked if they could make baskets modelled after the one Bev’s Gran
used for her shopping. The ladies agreed, and have since been crafting beautiful
baskets that are then covered in cheerful fabric by another talented lady Bev
has involved. The baskets are sold with the goal of helping to save the oceans.
