Use case: I have a list of 200+ participants of an online event, and I want to assign them an inSided custom role in order to “tag” them with a specific custom role (e.g. AMA attendees) so I can view some user analytics for this group and see if their community usage has increased. (May be interesting for our Zapier Community Managers too, since we use the same tool ) 😇 So here is an example of the spreadsheet Column A has the email, column B a user ID (as a formula, gathered via VLOOKUP) and column D the user ID ( no formula but rather text only, basically it’s a Shift+Cmd+V of column B.) Here is my setup Now I wanted to test it But I am getting the following error Any idea what the error could be? Am I missing something? In Step 1, we have set up a polling trigger to get data for updated customer from our application. In Step 2, we are finding customer in the QuickBooks using Email field. Also, we have checked the option to create customer in QuickBooks if it does not exist. In Step 3, we are calling the Update Customer Event of the QuickBooks. In this step for Id field we have passed Id received in Step 2. Other customer data received in Step 1 passed in corresponding QuickBooks fields. This zap is working fine if we update the customer once. If we try to update the same customer again, zap is not working. Also we don't get any error. For example: Consider we updated customer having name John Smith. First time zap runs successfully and we can see details in zap runs history.If we updated Phone field for the same customer John Smith, zap is not executing as expected and we could not see any details in zap runs history. Could I use Zapier as middleware between a warehouse management system and a shipping carrier? If the WMS API sends the information required for the label and Zapier reformats the information for the carrier and then listens for the pdf label response to send back to the WMS? None of them have native connections on Zapier, I’ve quotes from developers to do this in another way - but its incredibly expensive and it seems quite a simple exchange of data.
