1. The $50 savings is a waiving of our $50 connection fee. Offer applicable
online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie.
tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Offer applicable to

signing up on a 24 month term, the Optik TV rate plan price is guaranteed
to remain the same for the duration of the 24 month term. Prices of

TV content are not guaranteed during the 24 month term and subject to
change anytime. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Offer
includes Optik TV Core + Premium From month 1-24, a $10/mo discount applies

Downgrading to Basics after accepting a promotional offer will trigger the
cancellation fees. A cancellation fee applies to the early termination of
your Optik TV service agreement, which will be the sum of $360, declining
by $15 for every month of Optik TV service and reducing to $0 at the end of
your 2 year term, plus applicable taxes. Rental equipment must be returned
in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement
cost will be charged to the account.
3. Netflix Standard plan ($16.49/mo value) is included at no extra cost with
select TELUS Optik TV packages. Netflix Premium plan ($20.99/mo value) is
available for an additional $4/mo charge with select TELUS Optik TV
packages. Netflix existing account or new account activation required. This
offer, Netflix plans and pricing subject to change.
4. Offer subject to change without notice. Available to residential customers
who have not subscribed to Optik TV in the past 90 days. $50 bill credit,
only available to online orders of Optik TV on a 2-year term. Available to
residential customers who have not subscribed to TELUS TV in the past 90
days. Offer subject to change without notice. Bill credit will be applied
upon order completion and will appear on your first bill after activation.
Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay for services
charges, and carry no cash value after deactivating your services.If
service is canceled within 90 days, any credits will be reversed and the
amount will be charged to you in addition to any applicable cancellation
fees. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based
on the taxes levied in the province of supply) therefore the value
displayed on your bill is the value before tax. For example, a $10
discretionary credit towards Internet service offered in BC includes $0.62
PST and $0.45 GST, meaning the credit value displayed will be $8.93. The
$0.62 PST and $0.45 are captured as reductions in the amount of tax charged
on your balance owing.
5. Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ agreement
(0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy
PaymentⓇ balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly
payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ balance due upon
termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on
the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full
at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance,
roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra. Device purchased on the
Bring it Back program must be returned in good working condition or you
will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program
amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good
working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is
returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on
the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back
Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term.
Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility
service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
6. Up to $560 trade in credit available to TELUS wireless customers who
activate or renew an iPhone 14 Pro Max smartphone on a 2 year plan and who
trade in an eligible device. Trade-in an iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB valued at
$560. Devices traded online will receive Trade-in value in bill credits.
Limit of one trade in per customer. Trade-in value will be confirmed upon
in-store evaluation. In-store trade in credits have no cash value, are
non-transferable and can only be used when activating or renewing service
in the TELUS store where the device was traded in at the time of the trade
in. Products purchased using in-store trade in credits cannot be returned
for full cash value. All trade-ins are final. The trade in transfers all
rights in the device to HYLA Mobile ULC and waives any claim against TELUS
or HYLA Mobile ULC with respect to the device or the trade in program. The
HYLA Mobile ULC trade in program is available in Canada only and may be
cancelled at any time without notice. Trade-In value is dependent on the
condition of the device being traded in.

Services product(s). A $10/mo. discount will be applied to the Home
Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the eligibility requirements are

applicable taxes. $0 Unlimited data offer is only available to customers
signing up on a 2 year internet service agreement. Regular pricing
(currently $20 for Unlimited Data add-on) applies at month 25. Minimum

conditions apply. Cards will be shipped 30 days after the installation of
internet service. A cancellation fee applies to the early termination of
your internet and Optik TV service agreement, which will be the sum of
$720, declining by $30 for every month of Internet and Optik TV service and
reducing to $0 at the end of your 2 year term. If you cancel a single
service (Optik TV or Internet), the service cancellation fee is $360
declining by $15 per month and reducing to $0 at the end of your commitment
term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation
of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account.
Additional cancellation fees will be charged on the promotional gift
received which will be the sum of $400, declining by $16.66 for every month
of Internet service and reducing to $0 at the end of your commitment
period. If all services are cancelled early, total fee will be $1120 ($720
for service cancellation plus $400 for Visa pre-paid card cancellation)
declining by $46.66 per month and reducing to $0 by the end of your
commitment term. Applicable taxes not included.

based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
