360TRAINING PRIVACY POLICY

360training.com respects your privacy. We are committed to protecting your
privacy and committed to developing technology that gives you a secure online
experience. When you perform a transaction on our websites, your billing and
personal information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. To
protect the security of information supplied, all users are required to enter a
user name and password to access their information.

license number, driver license number, employer name, employer address, employer
license number.

(the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our
website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP
address to any personal information unless you have logged into our website.
Like many other commercial websites, the 360training.com website may use a

forthcoming expiration dates for training, technical service issues, specials,

concerning the privacy of your credit card information, name, address, e-mail
and any other information you provide us. 360training.com is committed to data
security with respect to information collected on our site. We offer the
industry standard security measures available through your browser called TLS
1.2 encryption. If at any time you would like to make a purchase, but do not
want to provide you credit card information online, you may contact a customer

360training.com strictly protects the security of your personal information. We

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your
permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is
stored encrypted in password-controlled servers with limited access.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see
or edit your personal information without knowing your username and password, so

We use TLS 1.2 encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as
credit card and personal information. Credit card numbers are only used for
processing payment and are not used for other purposes. As part of real-time
payment processing, 360training.com subscribes to a fraud management service.

logging into your account. You can:

 * Register and take courses, curriculum and obtain product updates.

at privacy@360training.com.  We will verify that the information you submit
(which includes first name, last name, email address, company (if applicable),
and country/state) matches our records before we fulfill the request. We do not
discriminate against you for exercising your rights or offer you financial
incentives related to the use of your personal information.

If you are a consumer under the CCPA and wish to contact us through an
authorized agent, the authorized agent can submit a request on your behalf at
privacy@360training.com along with a statement signed by you certifying that the
agent is authorized to act on your behalf. In order to verify the request and
your identity, we may ask you to verify your identity.

We may reject requests that are unreasonable or not required by law, including
those that would be extremely impractical, could require disproportionate
technical effort, or could expose us to operational risks. We may retain
