EXCELLENT ADDRESS IN ISTANBUL

BEST IN ISTANBUL
Best service in Istanbul. Perfect for wife’s 40th birthday. Only hotel we
would stay at in Istanbul. We travel to Turkey at least twice a year and
service and staff were amazing accommodating our every need.

ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD
The St Regis Istanbul is an exceptionally good hotel. It is not only one of
the best Regis properties but is likely one of the best Marriott properties
worldwide.
The room we stayed in, the Bentley suite (which we were upgraded to) was
beautiful, stylish and had views that are unparalleled.
The food at both the Brasserie and Spago (both in the Michelin guide) was
fantastic. Breakfasts were delicious as well.
I would like to mention the names of a few personnel who stood out:
- Mehti (Concierge): He is by far the best concierge I have had the
pleasure of interacting with in my life. He planned our entire trip
meticulously, from cars to guides to advance tickets, and he was always
available, always warm and always delightful to speak to. We exchanged
probably 30 emails even prior to our arrival to plan things, and it was
perfect to the dot.
- Rima (Concierge): She was exceptional as well, and a very competent team
mate to Mehti. If we needed last minute changes to our itinerary, she got
it done without having to sweat for a moment.
- Karim Yarar (Butler): Again, incredible hospitality. On our last day of
the stay we needed some urgent laundry done and he gracefully helped us do
that ahead of time. With him as a butler one feels very reassured.
- Nazlu (Housekeeper): Although we did not meet Nazlu (or Nazli) face to
face, she did our turn down services and we always returned to the room in
an impeccable state. Her attention to detail shined in every tiny thing,
including extra sugar-free sachets and coffee capsules she had placed on
her own upon noticing what we were consuming.
The entire team was fantastic & worked in tandem with all of the above
members to make this stay exceptional.
I would wholeheartedly recommend St Regis Istanbul to anyone who wants to
have a superlative experience in this historic city.

His commitment to excellence and attention to detail truly set the standard

BEAUTIFUL STAY AT ST. REGIS ISTANBUL
The entire staff at the St. Regis Istanbul made my wife's 50th birthday a
lasting memory. All the staff kept wishing her a happy birthday throughout
our stay. The butler service was on point. Needed a box of contact lens.
Provided my prescription and 20 minutes later delivered to my door. We feel
the location is great because it is away from all the traffic and many
restaurants a short walk away.

THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN NISANTASI
Surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants, to come back after a days
adventure to the safest hotel, welcoming professional staff and the
comfiest rooms. With the butler service on hand via WhatsApp so you don’t
even need to pick up the room phone. Definitely doesn’t compare to any
other options in the area. Apart from the in room dining prices which seem
to have been shockingly increased which I’m hoping will be looked in to now
bought to their attention I don’t think anything more can be done to
improve what is already perfect.
