Hi Taylor,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Michael Ewing and I am contacting
you today to share how IC.IDO, ESI’s human centric product and process
validation tool, aligns with PACCAR's goals for sustainability and
electrification.

I'd like to propose the potential collaboration with the team responsible for
product integration and service process validation, specifically for EVs.

As an example of the immense benefits that can be achieved through IC.IDO, I
would like to share our recent experience with Volvo Trucks.

   

Our work with Volvo Trucks

By using virtual reality technologies to regularly conduct production design,
integration, and manufacturing validation reviews in IC.IDO, Volvo Trucks has
improved and streamlined their product development processes.

Collaborating virtually with any project stakeholders, they've been able to
resolve complex design challenges, such as wire-harnessing, with SPEED (what
used to take months, now takes days). Their ability to review their 12,000-part
designs at true 1 to 1 scale, has significantly reduced design rework, improved
their overall time to market, and enabled ‘first time right’ design objectives
compared to the traditional approach of producing physical prototypes.

I am confident we can deliver the same, if not better results, for PACCAR.
