*Service Fee: Chase Private Client CheckingSM has no Monthly Service Fee when
you do at least one of the following each statement period: Option #1: Keep an
average beginning day balance of $150,000 or more in any combination of this
account and linked qualifying Chase checking, savings and other balances OR,
Option #2: have a linked Chase Platinum Business CheckingSM account. Otherwise a
$35 Monthly Service Fee will apply. New and converted accounts will not be
charged a Monthly Service Fee for at least the first two statement periods.
After that, the Monthly Service Fee will apply unless you meet one of the ways
to avoid the Monthly Service Fee each statement period (if applicable). Product

Bonus Account Information: To receive the bonus: 1) Meet with a Private Client
Banker to open or upgrade to Chase Private Client CheckingSM account; if you
already have a CPC Checking account, skip to step number two. 2) Within 45 days
of coupon enrollment, transfer a total of $150,000 or more in qualifying new
money or securities to a combination of only eligible accounts:

-  Eligible Accounts: qualifying Chase personal checking and savings accounts,
and J.P. Morgan Wealth Management non-retirement accounts (opened in a Chase
branch and serviced by a J.P. Morgan Private Client Advisor). 

-  Ineligible Accounts: Chase business checking and savings accounts, any J.P.
Morgan Self-Directed Investing & Automated Investing accounts, J.P. Morgan
Wealth Management Personal Advisors accounts, any J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
retirement accounts (such as Traditional and Roth IRAs, Keoghs, SEP and SIMPLE
IRAs, and 401(k) plans); CDs; insurance products; fixed and variable annuities;

client fund trust accounts; donor-advised funds; as well as Government or

The qualifying new money cannot be existing deposits, funds or securities held
by you at Chase or its affiliates. At day 45, the bonus tier will be determined
in the following manner:

New money inflows Cash Bonus $150,000-$249,999 $1,000 $250,000-$499,999 $2,000
$500,000+ $3,000

AND 3) Hold the new money of at least $150,000 for at least 90 days from the
coupon enrollment date (gains and losses to qualifying investment balances from
trading or market fluctuation will not be counted for purposes of meeting the
balance requirements). After you have completed all the above requirements, we
will deposit the bonus in your existing Chase Private Client CheckingSM account
within 40 days. To receive this bonus, the enrolled account must not be closed
or restricted at the time of payout. Eligibility may be limited based on account
ownership. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY), for Chase Private Client
CheckingSM effective as of 03/31/2023 is 0.01% for all balances in all states.
Interest rates are variable and subject to change. Additionally, fees may reduce
earnings on the account. You can receive only one Chase Private Client
CheckingSM new money bonus in a 12-month period from the last bonus coupon
enrollment date. Coupon is good for one time use and only one bonus per account.
Bonuses are considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT (or
Form 1042-S, if applicable).

CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

 * 1There is a $35 Monthly Service Fee for Chase Private Client Checking OR $0
   when you have at least one of the following each statement period: an average
   beginning day balance of $150,000 or more in any combination of this account
   and linked qualifying deposits/investments OR, a linked Chase Platinum
   Business CheckingSM account. Qualifying personal deposits include up to nine
   Chase Private Client Checking accounts, Chase High School CheckingSM
   accounts, Chase First CheckingSM accounts, personal Chase savings accounts
   (excluding Chase Premier SavingsSM), CDs, certain Chase Retirement CDs, or
   certain Chase Retirement Money Market accounts. Qualifying personal
   investments include balances in investment and annuity products offered
   through JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates and agencies. For most
   products, we use daily balances to calculate the average beginning day
   balance for such investment and annuity products. Some third party providers
   report balances on a weekly, not daily, basis and we will use the most
   current balance reported. Balances in 529 plans, donor-advised funds, and
   certain retirement plan investment accounts do not qualify. Investment
   products and related services are only available in English.

 

 * 2Customers who work with a J.P. Morgan Private Client Advisor generally
   intend to invest $100,000 or more.

 * 3There is no Chase fee at non-Chase ATMs. Chase will refund ATM fees charged
   by the ATM owner/network. This benefit will begin the next business day after
   opening the account. Some ATM owners/networks do not identify these fees in
   the information they send to us and, as a result, we may not automatically
   refund the fee. If for any reason the refund is not processed, please contact
   us. There is no Foreign Exchange Rate Adjustment Fee when conducting
   transactions in a foreign currency. If you choose to convert an international
   transaction to U.S. dollars at either an ATM or on a purchase, foreign
   currency commissions and fees included in the exchange rate charged by third
   parties are excluded from Chase reimbursements. The “No Chase Fee” benefit
   applies based on your account having this benefit when the debit card or ATM
   transaction is posted on the account.

 * 4For wire transfers, the “No Chase Fee” benefit applies to the Wire Transfer
   Fees section listed on the Fee Schedule of the Additional Banking Services
   and Fees, which can be found at chase.com/disclosures. Financial institutions
   may deduct processing fees and/or charges from the amount of the incoming or
   outgoing wire transfers. Any deductions taken by us, and our affiliates, may
   include processing fees charged by Chase.

 * 5Existing balance requirements: Under the Relationship Pricing Program,
   participating customers who have at least $500,000 in existing eligible Chase
   and J.P. Morgan deposit accounts and/or J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
   accounts can save 0.125% off the standard rate. Participating customers with
   over $1 million can save 0.25%. Any existing funds and/or investment funds
   (including funds used for down payment) that exit your accounts prior to
   closing will be deducted from your eligible balance amount. Chase employees
   are not eligible for the existing balance rate discount.
   
   New money requirements: Additional rate discounts are available under the
   Relationship Pricing Program, based on the new deposit and/or investment
   assets transferred to Chase and/or J.P. Morgan Wealth Management accounts and
   the mortgage loan amount. Any existing funds or new deposit and/or investment
   funds (including funds used for down payment) that exit your accounts prior
   to closing will be deducted from your eligible transfer amount (you will not
   be penalized for changes in market value). If your loan amount changes prior
   to closing, the rate discount will be adjusted accordingly.
   
   Combined discount: You can qualify for both the existing balance discount and
   the new money discount at the same time. However, the maximum rate discount
   for all programs combined (including employee mortgage rate discount) is
   0.5%.
   
   Account Eligibility: Qualifying personal banking and/or investment balances
   will be used in determining the appropriate mortgage rate discount. However,
   business, deferred compensation, student, custodial, 529b college savings,
   donor-advised funds, select retirement accounts and non-vested RSU accounts
   do not qualify.
   
   *Chase reserves the right to amend, terminate or withdraw the rate discount
   at any time without prior notice.

 * 6Chase Platinum Business CheckingSM comes with a $95 Monthly Service Fee that
   can be waived by maintaining an average beginning day balance of $100,000
   ($50,000 when linked to Chase Private Client CheckingSM) or more in linked
   business savings, CDs, investments and other Chase Platinum Business Checking
   accounts (excluding client funds savings accounts). Product terms subject to
   change.

 * 7Chase Business Complete CheckingSM There is a $15 Monthly Service Fee (MSF)
   that we’ll waive if you meet any of the below qualifying activities for each
   Chase Business Complete CheckingSM account in a monthly statement period.
   Qualifying activities for how to avoid the MSF: (A) Maintain a linked Chase
   Private Client CheckingSM account, (B) Meet Chase Military Banking
   requirements, or (C) Fulfill at least one of the following qualifying
   activities: (1) Maintain a Minimum Daily Ending Balance of at least $2,000 in
   the Chase Business Complete Checking account each business day during the
   monthly statement period, excluding the last business day of the statement
   period; (2) Have at least $2,000 of aggregate eligible deposits (net of
   chargebacks, refunds, or other adjustments) into the Chase Business Complete
   Checking account, at least one day before the end of the monthly statement
   period, using one or more of the following: Chase QuickAcceptSM including
   Chase Smart TerminalSM, InstaMed Patient Payments and InstaMed Patient Portal
   and/or other eligible Chase Payment SolutionsSM products. Eligible Chase
   Payment Solutions products have a transaction history that is viewable on
   Chase Business Online, Chase Connect®, or J.P. Morgan Access®. Eligible
   deposits must be made from Chase Payment Solutions associated with the same
   business as your Chase Business Complete Checking account, as reflected in
   Chase records. The cutoff time for eligible deposits is 11:59 p.m. Eastern
   Time one day prior to the last day of your Chase Business Complete Checking
   monthly statement period; or (3) Spend at least $2,000 on eligible Chase Ink®
   Business card purchases in the most recent monthly Ink card billing cycle,
   which may be different than your Chase Business Complete Checking monthly
   statement period. Eligible purchases must be made using Ink Business Card(s)
   associated with the same business as your Chase Business Complete Checking
   account, as reflected in Chase records, and must earn Chase Ultimate Rewards®
   points. Certain purchases and transactions are excluded from earning Ultimate
   Rewards points, as described in your Rewards Program Agreement available on
