Winston brings over 20 years of journalistic experience to CDOTrends.com. As the
previous editor at Computerworld Hong Kong, CIO Asia and PCWeek Asia, he
followed, edited and wrote how the Internet and the rise of the digital economy
impacted businesses across various industries. Most recently, Winston served as
N. Asia editor of CMOInnovation. As the Editor-in-Chief of CDOTrends.com, he is
bringing together intriguing articles, insights from leading thinkers, in-depth
lessons from practitioners, and various thought leadership materials to develop
a new resource for CDOs and other digital practitioners. Fascinated by new
technology trends, he is constantly looking at how digital is reshaping our
future lives.

Besides his communication skills, he is well-versed in building conference and
marketing programmes externally and internally. Recently, he produced Total
Security Conference 2016, Big Data and Business Analytics Forum 2016 and Future
Workplace Forum 2016. Previously, he also launched CIO Asia Awards and helped to
create the Computerworld Hong Kong Readers’ Choice Awards (today Computerworld
Hong Kong Awards under Questex Asia).

As a copywriter, Winston has contributed to South China Morning Post (for
finance and IT sections), Asia Week and IT Malaysia. He has also contributed
technology-based articles for inflight magazines, including Cathay Pacific’s The
Club and Gulf Air magazine, and recently to Benchmark Magazine.

Previous to his career in the media industry, he was a commodities broker and an
abattoir manager in Singapore. He currently holds a B Sc. (Biology) with Merit,
loves playing the piano and running marathon events.



Anshu Sharma Raja

From a C++ programmer in mid 1990s to date, her professional journey has allowed
her an experience, across markets, industries and networks.

A technology leader with over 20 years of experience with premier investment
banks and technology firms, developing product, solutions, and leading global
programmes. She has been recognized as one of the top 10 influential data
science leaders in 2017 by Analytics India Magazine. She also sits on the Wiley
Advisory Council and has co authored the Innovation Black Book for Exponential
technologies.

She joined the Bank in September 2018 and has since then successfully led and
delivered the modernisation of our digital platform for individual and business
banking clients.

Anshu is an avid diversity champion and continues to be an ambassador and mentor
for our talent development efforts D&I champion.

Passionate traveller, hobbyist photographer and mom of two.



Simon Lockington
Senior Director, Global Solutions Architect - Asia-Pacific
Equinix

Simon Lockington is Senior Director, Global Solution Architecture - Asia-Pacific
at Equinix. Based in Hong Kong, he leads the technical pre-sales team across the
APAC region working with customers to realise their goals with Equinix and our
partners.

Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology from the Central
Institute of Technology, Wellington and an M.B.A. from the Ivey Business School
at Western University, Ontario.

Sunil Joshi has ~30 years of experience in the IT & T Industry.

He is currently designated as Head of Digital & Communication Services APAC @
Orange Business Services based in Singapore. He is responsible for the
transformation of the traditional capability to a ‘Solutions’ approach with a
focus on solving the business problems of customers in APAC.

Prior to OBS, he worked with Servicenow, Tata Communications, IBM and
TelstraClear.

Anna is the Head of Information Technology and Digital Department for John Swire
& Sons (H.K) Limited since 2020. Before she moves to the current position, she
built the digital enterprise analytics and data science capability for a
re-owned airline in Hong Kong, from data collection to insights creation, from
machine learning models to operational integration. Throughout her career, she
advocates insight driven decisions and digital transformation for various
business domains including operations, customer relationship management, sales,
as well as asset management.

Anna joyfully untangles complexity with a balance of business acumen and
technology to implement strategic principles in a practical manner.

She loves arts and practices Chinese painting and calligraphy in her free time.

Thomas Lee is a Senior Product Manager leading the Equinix Network Edge service
in APAC. He has extensive experience managing and marketing global connectivity
and infrastructure services. Prior to Equinix, Thomas held senior product
management roles at PCCW Global, HKT and China Mobile. His current focus is on
delivering business value to customers and partners through Equinix's unique
Digital Services platform and ecosystem.

growth. Experience in selling and delivery IT cloud services, infrastructure
managed services, application services and software solutions across various
industry verticals in Asia region. Keen understanding of clients’ perspective
and ability to demonstrate business outcomes leveraging IT solutions. Hands-on,
known for strategic approach, team building and driving actions to deliver
results. Wide outlook of business and market characteristics based on work
experience in Asia.

Asha is currently the Vice President for Data Analytics at GE Healthcare. In
this role Asha is responsible to drive profitability and growth in support of GE
Healthcare’s key priorities by putting data to work. With a team spread across
US, Europe and South Asia key responsibilities span creating data based AI/ML
Products, Data Management and Data platforms leveraging Cloud native data
strategy across GE Healthcare for both enterprise and IOT data. She also has the
additional responsibility as the CIO for the Intercontinental region that
consists of all of Asia ex China and Latin America. Asha has 25+ years of
Digital and Management experience with deep expertise in developing digital
strategy to drive business Imperatives for GE and its customers, data analytics,
Software Product development, and building and leading high performing global
teams in both global and regional roles. In addition, she is passionate about
working with early career talent, academia and helping with diversity
initiatives.

Asha holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from IIT Mumbai and a Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering from NIT Calicut. She is a steering committee member of
the COE for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence by NASSCOM - the apex body
for IT industry in India. Asha is the recipient of numerous Industry
recognitions the most recent being named to the worlds leading enterprise data
leaders for 2022.
