ENRIQUE GARCIA

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario and a graduate of the Toronto
Institute of Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), a member of the College of
Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, member of the Canadian Association for
Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT), and a registered member of the British Association
of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am looking forward to working with
you towards helping you shape your perspective into a healthy and productive
one. Whether it’s your career, your relationships, or anything else that’s
important to you, I’ll help you through my integrative approach to develop the
habits and skills you need to effectively deal with the challenges, changes and
emotional moments you encounter.

ABOUT ME

Non-judgemental and confidential counsellor.

Through talking therapy I've helped clients break through the obstacles that
seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure or
unfulfilled by one's self -so what are you waiting for? Let me help you learn
and develop better ways to understand and handle the issues that are standing in
the way of your goals.

I have experience working with various issues, such as: alternative
relationships, anxiety, unfulfilled expectations, relationships, sexuality,
sexual orientation, family issues, identity, loss, men's issues, self-esteem,
mid-life crisis, stress, anger, and school and work related issues.

I work under a multilingual and multicultural umbrella and through an
integrative humanistic-relational approach and I can work in English, Spanish
and Catalan. I work with individuals and couples. I am culturally sensitive and
have experience living and working in all continents. I also work online via
doxy.com.

I adhere to the ethical framework of the College of Registered Psychotherapists
of Ontario (CRPO) and of the British Association of Counselling and
Psychotherapy (BACP).

For individuals, sessions are $135 for 50 minutes. For couples, sessions are
$180 for 50 minutes. A sliding scale may apply in some cases.
