<p class="customHTML">Additional Learning Support at BTC has a dedicated, highly qualified and experienced team. The team works closely with cross-College staff in organising and
implementing a wide range of support programmes, each tailored to the needs of individual learners.</p>
<p class="customHTML"> </p>
<p class="customHTML">As the EHCP Annual Review Coordinator, you will be dedicated to ensuring the college meets all of <span class="jobDetsMarker" style="display:none;"></span>its statutory
EHCP duties as outlined in the SEND code of practice for learners on cross-College Level 1 and above programmes. You will provide advice and guidance to teaching staff in relation to
EHCPs and the curriculum delivery responsibilities outlined in section F, and work closely with the Learning Support Manager for cross-College support to ensure that all aspects of support are
in place. </p>
<p class="customHTML"> </p>
<p class="customHTML">You will be responsible for arranging EHCP review meetings, ensuring that all invitations are timely, requests for information are sent out and distributed prior to the
review, and the rooms and resources required are booked. You will chair the annal reviews, ensuring high quality annual review forms are completed with smart short- and long-term
outcomes clearly defined. </p>

<p class="customHTML">You will be self-motivated, will have the ability to work effectively with a range of key stakeholders to ensure that the voice of the learner is central to the annual
review process and clear pathways of progression are outlined. You will have the ability to work closely with parent carers, staff and young people to manage expectations and ensure all
information in the annual review process is evidence based. </p>

The team works closely with cross-College staff in organising and implementing a wide range of support programmes, each tailored to the needs of individual learners. As the EHCP Annual Review Coordinator, you will be dedicated to ensuring the college meets all of its statutory EHCP duties as outlined in the SEND code of practice for learners on cross-College Level 1 and above programmes. You will provide advice and guidance to teaching staff in relation to EHCPs and the curriculum delivery responsibilities outlined in section F, and work closely with the Learning Support Manager for cross-College support to ensure that all aspects of support are in place. You will be responsible for arranging EHCP review meetings, ensuring that all invitations are timely, requests for information are sent out and distributed prior to the review, and the rooms and resources required are booked. You will chair the annal reviews, ensuring high quality annual review forms are completed with smart short- and long-term outcomes clearly defined. You will be self-motivated, will have the ability to work effectively with a range of key stakeholders to ensure that the voice of the learner is central to the annual review process and clear pathways of progression are outlined. You will have the ability to work closely with parent carers, staff and young people to manage expectations and ensure all information in the annual review process is evidence based. **We would consider a fractional / hybrid working arrangement for this post.
