ABOUT MAMANN, SANDALUK & KINGWELL LLP – IMMIGRATION LAWYERS

A significant part of our practice is immigration litigation and enforcement.
This involves representing clients at hearings before all the four divisions of
the Immigration and Refugee Board, as well as the Federal, Divisional, and
Superior courts in Canada and Ontario. Maintaining an active and robust
litigation practice enables our firm to effectively resolve problems that often
require the intervention of the courts.



Our firm has developed a reputation for excellence in advocacy over the last 30
years and as a result, we receive many referrals from government and
non-governmental agencies including community organizations, businesses, other
law firms and immigration practitioners, and Members of Parliament. Our lawyers
are regularly sought out as experts on immigration and refugee issues by
national and international news media outlets, and are frequently asked to
present on timely immigration related issues at legal education programs
operated by the University of British Columbia, Humber College, Law Society of
Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney
General, among others.

Recently, our firm has expanded its range of services to include real estate,
corporate/commercial and wills/estates planning.  These services will expand the
