TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency
with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by
entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be
bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the
purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at
www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy). From time to time,
the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives
to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as
necessary) and/or fulfilling the delivery of the vouchers.

1. Only open to residents of England aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any
company in the Heineken group, employees of any participating outlet and any
person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to
their involvement or connection with this promotion.

2. How to take part:

a) Click the link on social media posts found on Facebook or Instagram to be
directed to www.complimentarypintsgb.birramor

b) Confirm that you are over the age of 18 and eligible to take part in this
promotion. [Enter your country location.]

c) Enter your first name, last name and email address.

d) Confirm your acceptance of the promotion terms and conditions.

e) Allow your location to be shared if prompted or manually search for locations
to find your local participating outlet. If you don’t see this pop-up, please
make sure your smartphone is set to allow location access on your browser,
otherwise it won’t work. Or select the location where you want to redeem your
free Birra Moretti pint voucher. Vouchers are geofenced to a selected location.

f) Shortly after selecting a participating venue, you will receive an email with
information on how to access and redeem your voucher. Receiving an email does
not guarantee a voucher for redemption. See Term 12 below.

g) You should not try to access the voucher until you are physically at the
selected participating venue, doing so will result in the forfeit of your
voucher.

h) Once at the selected venue, click on the link in your email and swipe as
instructed to display your digital voucher. This is your voucher and will
display a unique code or moving image depending on which venue you have
selected.

i) Do not refresh the page until your voucher has been redeemed by the bar
staff. You will have 30 minutes from swiping to redeem your voucher in venue.

j) The bar staff will provide you with your complimentary Birra Moretti pint and
will click the voucher redeemed button.

k) Voucher is only available for redemption between 21st August 2023- 17th
September 2023.

3. Service is at the discretion of bar staff. If service is refused for any
reason no further voucher or replacement reward will be provided.

4. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties,
bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. The Promoter cannot accept
responsibility for lost or stolen entries. The Promoter is not responsible for
vouchers lost due to attempted redemption outside of the selected participating
venue.

5. The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web
entry system. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited,
and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.

6. No purchase necessary.

7. This promotion begins on 21st August 2023. The promotion will come to an end
at midnight on 17th September 2023, or when the cap of 50,000 is reached
(whichever is sooner).

8. Vouchers must be redeemed prior to midnight on 17th September 2023. Vouchers
claimed but not redeemed will be void as of midnight on 17th September 2023.

9. This offer is limited to one complimentary pint per person per week during
the promotion. An individual is only entitled to one free pint of Birra Moretti
per week under this promotion, and consumers must re-sign up after 7 days in
order to receive any further free pints.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to
honour a voucher and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the
participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a
breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry.
The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be
binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. There is no cash or other alternative to the pint of Birra Moretti in whole
or in part. Voucher is not transferrable. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer.

12. A total of 50,000 Birra Moretti pints will be available to participants
during this promotion. This is a realistic assessment of promotion uptake by the
Promoter. The Promoter will issue an email with a link to the voucher embedded
within it. This email is not the redeemable voucher and does not guarantee a
free pint. You must click the link to receive the voucher which can only be
redeemed in your selected participating outlet. This voucher does not guarantee
a free pint either. Once in your selected outlet you should click the email link
to view your voucher. The voucher will share message to make you aware of if you
qualify for a free pint depending on whether the promotional period has finished
or if the cap of 50,000 pints has been reached at point of redemption in outlet
(whichever comes first). The promoter will monitor number of pints available via
number of vouchers redeemed by swiping in outlet throughout the promotion period
notwithstanding actual redemption rates at participating outlets. The Promoter
will not be liable for any reimbursement where a voucher has been sent to a
participant, but it has not been redeemed prior to the cap of 50,000 being
reached or not within the promotion window. Reaching the cap of 50,000 Birra
Moretti redemptions will bring this promotion to an end notwithstanding the
number of vouchers issued.

13. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to
events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

15. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with any of the social media platforms where the post promoting the
promotion is featured. None of the social media platforms listed above are
responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion.

16. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in
connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole
responsibility of the prize winner.

17. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection
with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The
Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising
under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established
by this agreement.
