I just closed on a refinance with Advantage First Lending Inc. I consider myself
blessed to have had the opportunity to work with James Arus. His communication
skills are magnificent. He was punctual in returning my calls or text and his
mannerism is superb. I had a few rather complicated situations but with his help
and guidance I was able to conquer all of the obstacles facing me. I never felt
overwhelmed or alone. I felt like a team member from start to finish. It was an
amazing journey but in the end I was able to reap the fruits of our hard labor.
Thank you James for your dedication and determination to see me through all of
the stumbling rocks I encountered!

have done nothing but struggle to get follow up from him. No farther today than
I was the day we started communicating. He claimed his brother erased all of his
Google calendar appointments and once ge got that straight he would reach out.
