HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CODE?

 1. Enter your email (step 1) and personal details (step 2), and press “Next”.
 2. Select plan, “Monthly” or “Yearly” (plan is indicated in the gift card you
    received).
 3. Enter the gift code.
 4. You have successfully redeemed your gift and created an Oh! Jazz account.
 5. Visit watch.ohjazz.tv, login with your credentials and submerge yourself in
    the world of jazz.Alternatively, you can download the Oh! Jazz app on you
    phone/ tablet, login and travel the world of jazz with us!
 6. If you liked it and want to stay with us please go to "Settings" - “My
    subscriptions” where you will be able to select what plan to continue with,
    and input your payment method.


HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

 1. Register now and gain full access to all our content, live and on-demand. We
    will automatically charge you and your subscription will automatically be
    renewed every month or annually, depending on the plan you chose when you
    registered.
 2. You can switch plans anytime by going to the Settings and clicking on “My
    subscriptions”. A new window will open where you will see the “Update plan”
    option on the right side. Click the button and select the plan. The new plan
    will start at the end of the payment period.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

 1. Log in to your account
 2. Go to settings
 3. Click on “My Subscription. A new window will open. On this new page you will
    see all the information about your subscription and payment methods.
 4. On the right, you will see two options.
    1. Update plan, where you can change the plan you are subscribed to (Monthly
       or Yearly).
    2. Cancel plan, to cancel the subscription.
 5. Once you have cancelled the subscription, you will have access to the
    platform until the end of the payment period.
