Kratos started as an idea during the Ontario lockdown in March through June of
2020. It was during this time that Kathy and Ryan, both with Masters degrees in
Physiotherapy) saw a need. People wanted expert advice on orthopaedic braces
while not being able to enter the building to purchase them.

In order to avoid the purchase of the wrong product or the wrong size, our
bracing specialists are here to answer all of your questions! If you are
uncertain how to size, or are unsure of which product is right for you, please
contact our knowledgeable staff.
If you do purchase a product that is the wrong size, we will accept the exchange
of the item within 5 days of delivery as long as the product has not been worn,
is in the original packaging, and is in new condition.
You will be responsible for return shipping and your exchange will be processed
once received.
