It takes a willingness to be open, to share personal stories, and to trust the

 * Pair you with a partner so you can work 1-on-1 to write your WHY statement

How are you today?

Pretty great actually—thanks so much for asking! We hope you’re having a great
day as well.

What time zone are the classes listed in?

All class times are listed in US Eastern Standard Time. We are working to add
more time slots that are time-zone friendly globally.

Does Simon teach any of the classes?

While we wish we could clone Simon, science just isn’t quite there yet. That is
why we’ve trained our Optimist Instructors to teach our classes. However, our
two on-demand courses are taught by Simon – check out Find Your WHY and The Art
of Presenting!

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final for our live online classes, but we’re happy to help you get
rescheduled if you aren’t able to make it!

Is it one ticket per person?

Yes! When you register, you buy a ticket for each person—so one ticket means one
person is attending.

I registered for a class, but how do I join?

When it’s time for class, you can log in here and click on your class under My
Live Online Classes. You should receive reminder emails the day before class and
again two hours before. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see those
reminders in your inbox. We can’t wait to have you join us!

Are your classes taught in multiple languages?

We are always looking to add more class options to accommodate our global
audience. We hope to have some great options for you soon. In the meantime,
Simon’s books have been translated into multiple languages and can be ordered
online.

If I have to miss class, will there be a recording?

We totally understand that schedules can change at the last minute. An unedited
recording is available for 48 hours after class ends for all classes except for
our WHY series.

Can I save money by purchasing multiple classes at once? 

Yes! Buy any three of our 25-minute classes in one purchase and you’ll get the
third class for half-price. This means that if you purchase a bundle of three
25-minute classes, it will cost $100 instead of the full $120. The $20 discount
will be applied to your cart automatically during checkout. If you buy three
25-minute classes in separate transactions, you’ll pay the full price for all
classes. 

Can I purchase a class for my team?

Yes, we have team options! We love that you are looking to take care of those
around you. Your team can join a public class, and you’ll receive a team
discount at checkout when you register 10+ team members.  

If you want a private class just for your team, on a date and time that works
for you, then visit our private class page and our team will be excited to help
you.
