What is current promotion for Awasr Customers?

Awasr new residential customers will get extra speed starting from 100 Mbps for
12 Months, during the period from 9th of January until 31th of March 2024.

The promotion will be starting from 9thof January 2024 until 31th of March 2024.

Is the promotion for residential customer or business customers?

New residential customers.

Is there an installation fee?

A one-time installation charge of OMR 15 applies to all packages.

Is the promotion for new customers or existing customers?

 * This offer is valid for new individual subscribers for “Home Fibernet”
   service with 12-month contract.
 * This offer is valid from 9th of January until 31th of March 2024 for all
   pre-orders for areas that will be covered by Oman broadband.

Customer can benefit from the offer on every connection.

How many times the customer can subscribe for the offer?

Max 3 connected order in different location, that’s subscriber can benefit from
the offer.

After subscribing will the customer be able to Upgrade the package?

Customers are eligible to upgrade their packages within the contract period.

After subscribing will the customer be able to downgrade the package?

Downgrades are not allowed within the 12-month contract period, post contract
period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp, Call
Center or Mobile App.

What will happen if customer requests to terminate the service within the
minimum commitment period?

If the customer terminates the service after activation or is terminated for
non-payments but within the minimum commitment period of 12 months:

 * The customer will be required to pay 55 OMR for early termination fee.
