With a distinguished career that spans over four decades, Hartigan has
demonstrated exceptional dedication, expertise, and a commitment to justice. His
experience includes presiding over a wide range of cases, contributing to his
well-rounded understanding of the legal system.

Experience

He is the current commissioner of the Lyons Township Mental Health Commission
and had prior service as a Trustee of the Village of Western springs. Russ is an
instructor at Kent Law School and DePaul University. He also serves on Pav YMCA
Board and IL Bar Foundation Lawyers Care Committee. Russ is current justice Phi
Alpha Delta Law president of fraternity.
