Programmable Deposit Addresses (PDAs); from Externally Owned Accounts (EOA) to
Smart Contract Accounts and smart contract State. Neon EVM ensures that
transactions involving different smart contracts are executed in parallel,
harnessing the full potential of Solana's Sealevel parallelization and
benefiting from local gas fees (per dApp).

Neon EVM has a realistic high speed of over 2000 TPS depending on Solana load
and transaction type. In a recent test (Dec 2023), Neon EVM recorded a ground
breaking 730 TPS on mainnet, surpassing the combined average TPS of the entire
Ethereum ecosystem on that day. Post the Firedancer upgrade, Neon EVM is set to
propel its speed by 10-100x. Powered by Solana's Proof-of-History (PoH) and
Tower Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT), Neon EVM ensures rapid finality,
confirming transactions within milliseconds.

Security
