WHAT IS HALOTHERAPY?

Halotherapy, also known as dry Salt Therapy, is a fast-growing holistic approach
that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave.

Clients breathe in the micro-sized salt particles, which are immediately
transported to every part of the respiratory tract, even the smallest alveoli,
and bronchioles. Then the medical grade dry salt molecules dissolve and attract
small impurities, the reason why it is called the toothbrush of the lungs.

Salt therapy may eliminate the root of inflammatory respiratory illnesses in the
lower and the upper tract like asthma, bronchitis as well as allergies, by
destroying bacteria and restoring health and immunity.


WHAT IS PHOTOBIOMODULATION? (PBM THERAPY)

Photobiomodulation (PBM Therapy) previously known as Low Level Laser Therapy
(LLLT) is the application of red and infra-red light over injuries or lesions to
improve wound and soft tissue healing, reduce inflammation and give relief for
both acute and chronic pain. First developed in 1967, it is now commonly
referred to as PBM. Current research on red and infrared light therapy is
extensive with thousands of research publications.

PBM therapy works by stimulating the mitochondria in our cells to produce more
ATP, otherwise known as cellular energy. When our cells have more energy,
they’re better able to carry out their necessary functions! 

Our PBM device provides scientifically validated wavelengths of Deep Red (660
nm) and Near Infrared (850 nm) light completely around the body. Red light is
absorbed by the skin, boosting collagen production & aiding skin conditions.
Near Infrared penetrates deeper aiding muscle recovery, cellular renewal, and
joint pain. Our PBM device is F.D.A. approved as Class II medical devices.

How long is a Vitality Booth session?

20-minutes is the recommended session time.

Do I need to wear eye protection?

We recommend that you do and can provide them for each session.

How many sessions a week are recommended?

Initially we recommend 3-5 sessions per week for the first month or two, and
then you can maintain 2-3 sessions per week.

How many sessions can a person participate in one day?

It is recommended to have one therapy session per 24-hour period.

Can people use a Vitality Booth every day?

Yes.

Can someone be in the Vitality Booth when blue light UV sanitizer is in use?

No.  This will harm the eyes and skin.  No one can be inside the Vitality Booth
when the blue light UV sanitizer is turned on.

Are the PBM panels F.D.A. approved?

The PBM panels are rated as Class 2 medical devices by the F.D.A

What is the spectrum of PBM light used in the Vitality Booths?

Dual spectrum of 660nm (Red) and 850nm (NIR).

Yes.  The Vitality Booth has U.S. patents filed with USPTO.

Is the Vitality Booth a medical device?

No.  The Vitality Booth is not classified as a medical device.  The light panels
used inside Vitality Booths are registered as a Class 2 Medical Device by the
FDA.
