Laura and their team were professional , providing quality work while still
meeting all deadlines for our kitchen , bath and bonus room renovation. I would

We are so thankful for the chance to build our home with Sterling Ridge. Early
on in the building process everyone warned us of the stress and headaches that
come with building. Our experience with Sterling Ridge could not have been more
opposite. Every step of the way with the Sterling Ridge team was wonderful.
Dominick is a true master builder. He is not just a businessman behind a desk
talking you into upgrades. He is at the job site every day. Dominick’s attention
to detail is one of his greatest strengths. So many builders would try and talk
you into an easier or cheaper way, Dominick never compromises ease over quality.
Laura Scarpanito works tirelessly on the interior of the home. She is dedicated
to making sure your vision for your home becomes a reality. Laura is with you
every step of the way to guide your decisions. She listens to every idea and
goes above and beyond to make your house a home. Sterling Ridge has the best
team of sub contractors in Tampa. Each group of workers on the job site cared as
much as Sterling Ridge about the quality of our home. They are eager to answer
questions and concerns along the way to make sure the homeowner is happy with
the end result. It is common to see crews working on weekends and holidays to
get the job done. We are so grateful to Dominick and Laura for holding our hands
in the building process. We could not have imagined how smooth and easy building
can be when you are with the right people. How many people can say after
building a home they have become true friends with their builder? We are happy

Sterling Ridge is a privately-owned high-end custom home builder. Two years ago
they built our Pool House with immaculate precision. We have a pie-shaped lot
and we made use of every inch of available space. Our design, by Hittmeier
Design Consultants, was a modern take on a Mediterranean style. Our "small
addition" was almost 1,500 square feet and included a bathroom/shower,
air-conditioned living space and full bar and kitchen with pantry. We now have a
backyard paradise we enjoy every single day. Sterling Ridge was on time, on
budget and incredibly helpful around every turn. I would highly recommend them
for your next home or home addition. We invite anyone to come visit this space
as a token of our appreciation to the job they did.
