I didn't know God and felt envious of people who did. I wanted nothing more than to feel loved. Instead, I was often ridiculed, shamed, silenced and scared into submission. It wasn't until 2012 when I discovered The Secret by Rhonda Byrne at the age of fourteen that things began to change. Reading this book was like discovering that magic was real and my mind was the key to unlocking it. Upon turning the key so much strength, confidence and power emerged. There was no stopping it. I began manifesting and my life started quickly transforming. All the monsters who used to torment me started dropping out of my life like flies. DNA Alchemy Approach DNA Alchemy represents the unique coaching model I built upon the following three main scientific fields of research and their discoveries. The first field is that of epigenetics. Which studies how our habits, behaviors, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, experiences and environments impact our gene expression and genetic code. I coupled this with neuroplasticity which is the brains ability to grow continuously throughout life. It does this by rewiring and reprograming old, limiting beliefs. It is similar to weeding a garden and planting new seeds. It takes consistent work, patience and tending to. Finally, I have included the seven stages of spiritual alchemy founded by Carl Jung in 1992. By blending the above, I have developed a highly effective and powerful alchemical coaching model. It encompasses a wide variety of modalities within my area of expertise. The modalities used are unique for each client, dependent on their specific goals.
