ADMISSION POLICIES AT DHLCM

We are pleased to guide you through our admission policies at Dharul Huda Ladies
College for Arabic & Islamic Studies, reflecting our commitment to academic
excellence and the principles of Islamic education. Below are the key criteria
for admission:

Educational Qualifications:

 * Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 3 “C” pass in main subjects,
   including Tamil and Islam, in the GCE O/L examination.
 * An ordinary pass in at least six subjects, including Mathematics, is
   required.

Age Requirement:

 * Applicants must be up to 17 years of age at the time of admission, ensuring
   that they are in alignment with our educational objectives and program
   structure.

Commitment to Islamic Studies:

 * We seek students who are dedicated to pursuing Islamic education with a
   genuine passion for learning and applying the teachings of the Quran and
   Sunnah.

Interview and Assessment:

 * Successful candidates may be invited for an interview to assess their
   suitability for the program and to understand their commitment to the values
   upheld by DHLCM.

Character and Behavior:

 * We value individuals who exhibit good character, discipline, and a strong
   sense of responsibility. A positive behavioral history is considered during
   the admission process.

Capacity for Growth:

 * DHLCM aims to foster an environment of continuous improvement. We welcome
   students who demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute
   positively to the college community.

Community Engagement:

 * Candidates who have actively participated in community service or

 * Applications must be submitted within the designated timeframe. Late
   submissions may not be considered, and we encourage applicants to adhere to
