* Training * Unio * OSJ Welcome! We are so excited to have you as part of our team. Whether you are new to the industry, or a seasoned professional, learning new technologies can be challenging. We’ve created a training curriculum specifically for you, and we encourage you to take advantage of this customized training path. Familiarize yourself with Unio, our web-based platform, workflows for processing investment transactions, and our supplementary technologies such as Albridge and MoneyGuidePro®. To get started, log in to Unio and follow the below path to launch the Learning Center: You have been assigned a few courses to get you started. We offer New Hire Training every-other Tuesday at 11 am PST. To register click HERE Need more help? Download the ‘Unio tutorial’ for a step by step of how to log in: Datavision-Unio First Time Log In Requirements: System Requirements Set up your computer for compatibility with Unio. Please see the attachment ‘Unio System Requirements and required settings’ and apply all recommended settings. You must have Administrative rights to your computer in order for the settings to apply. If you do not have Administrative rights to your computer, please forward the attached instructions to your IT department. You can also find them in Unio, by going to the ‘Resources’ drop down on the blue bar and selecting ‘Reference’. We know one of the first things on your mind is “When can I start writing business?” We are also excited to see you get off to a running start! You will get a Welcome call soon from the OSJ team and we’ll send you our contact information along with a short bio about your new OSJ. In the meantime, please jump in to the training site and start learning the Unio basics. After you’ve mastered the basics and get familiar with Unio, your OSJ will schedule a New Rep Orientation call with you that will cover the important things you’ll need to know to submit business correctly and avoid getting your trades rejected. Your OSJ does not want you to have to go back to the client to correct errors on your documents any more than you want that to happen. Together we can get off to a great start. We want to hear what you expect from us and we’ll also let you know what we will be asking of you. We’ll discuss suitability, liquidity, concentration and a lot more on this orientation call.
