UPSTAIRS

Small office room rental to larger room rental for meetings, larger office space
use or group events and classes such as yoga, book clubs, day cares.

Individual rental chairs and seating areas with back wash facility.

DOWNSTAIRS - SALON

This can be for freelancers that would like a location for certain times of the
week and don’t need it all the time, or for Self employed stylists that are
looking for the flexibility of choosing what hours, days, or evenings that you
do, with the non-commitment of having to pay for only what you use it for
whether hourly or daily.

Academy house comes fully refurbished area downstairs with disabled toilet
facilities, wash back and waiting areas with further toilet facilities upstairs
also. Cloakroom and ample space to use for colour mixing. We have trollies for
use for colour and we also have 2 climazones for heat on colour available for
use. There are facilities to make hot drinks for both you and your clients and
small reception area to take any payments


UPSTAIRS - OTHER FACILITIES

Upstairs Academy house offers a large room that can be used for single use such
as a large office space, or for classes such as Yoga or for any groups to use.
The large room has separate access with two doors one leading to fire exit and
one straight form stairs. There are toilet facilities upstairs with both male
and female toilets.
We have a few small office spaces if required too.
There is an area that can be used for either a witing space and reception and or
kitchen facilities for you and your team and clients
