Inspirer-Inspirational/Motivational-You tend to share stories that are
emotional, uplifting, encouraging, more free flow, less structured




Expert-

You speak from your years of expertise on a specific subject or topic. You equip
people to excel, grow some aspect of their business or professional life.  




Storyteller

You take the audience on a journey, weaving a story that is compelling and
shares a message or a lesson .  




**Of course we know that all Speakers tell Stories, all are Experts in their own
right & all seek to Inspire. We are asking you to choose the style that most
expresses you.

21 SPEAKERS 3 CATEGORIES


21 SPEAKERS 3 CATEGORIES

  7 Speakers from a Category each speak for 6 Minutes 

Judges Share Feedback/ Audience also votes. Audience participation will
contribute to overall scoring 

Rounds 1, 2, 3 all follow the same format.

Top 2 from each category move forward for Semi-Finals 




Round 4 -Semi-Finals:

 6 Competitors-2 from each of the 3 Categories speak for 6 minutes (different
speech than in their previous round)

The top 2 will move on to the Final round irrespective of which Category they
originally competed in.

Judging same as in First 3 Rounds




**Round 5 -Final -Top 2 Compete Each speaking for 7 minutes EXTEMPORANEOUSLY

1 SPEAKER is Declared Winner through Judges' scoring & Audience vote

and crowned the Ultimate Speaker Competition Champion
