OUR MISSION

At the Dillard High School Alumni Association, we are dedicated to empowering
our community through impactful outreach, fostering lasting development, and
driving active engagement. Our mission is to uphold the proud legacy of Dillard
High School by connecting alumni, supporting current students, and enhancing our
school’s resources and opportunities. Together, let’s keep the C.O.D.E. –
Community, Outreach, Development, and Engagement – alive and thriving, ensuring
a brighter future for all Dillard High School students and alumni.


OUR VISION

At the Dillard High School Alumni Association, our vision is to create a vibrant
and dynamic community where our alumni and students are Alive and Thriving. By
Keeping the C.O.D.E. – Community, Outreach, Development, and Engagement – we
envision a future where our collective efforts foster lasting relationships,
provide robust support systems, and inspire continuous growth.


COMMUNITY



A STRONGER BOND

Over the next five years, we aim to build a more connected alumni network,
organizing regular reunions, events, and social gatherings. We will establish a
digital platform that enables alumni to share their achievements, mentor current
students, and support one another. This sense of community will strengthen our
bonds and create a supportive environment for all members.

these initiatives, leveraging the generosity of our donors and the strength of
our network. This commitment to development will cultivate an environment where
students can excel academically, socially, and personally.

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION

We will foster a culture of active engagement, encouraging alumni to take on
leadership roles, participate in committees, and volunteer their time and
