ARCADE is a continuation of the MAMEUIFX project. It is based on the latest MAME
source at the time of release.
It is in maintenance only (no active development of new features).

What's in it?
 * Arcade games only
 * NO mechanical games (pinball, crane games, etc)
 * NO computers, consoles, terminals, appliances, etc
 * NO games that display a black screen (skeleton drivers etc)

These downloads include all needed official support files. Last Updated
Description of Product Min Windows Version Compiler Version Compile options

11.2.0 (mamedev)   PTR64=1 SUBTARGET=arcade OSD=winui

32-bit builds compatible with XP and newer are available a few days after the
official release from Retro Danuart.

>HERE<. The license requires that the source be available, together with sample
compile scripts, but after that you're on your own. The source is in two parts -
first part is the standard source available at mamedev.org, and the second part
is supplied with the ARCADE64 binary. Extract the first part to a new folder,
then copy these parts from the binary distribution over the top:
 * docs/release/src over src
 * docs/release/scripts over scripts
 * docs/release/makefile over makefile
 * docs/release/build would normally go into the root, but since they suit my
   setup you'll need to modify them appropriately
 * docs/release/compiling contains more hints for compiling

Very quick guide to installing it:
 * Download ARCADE from here, and extract the contents into a new folder.
 * Double-click arcade64.exe, it will prepare itself, then start up
 * Adjust the directory and default game settings as appropriate
 * Select a game and double-click it

to NOT ask on Reddit or other places - they give bad advice.
