Hi all, So this is a frustrating situation- a user of mine is having an issue wherein despite having already signed/actioned documents/items- the status is saying that it still needs attention and there’s an exclamation point instead of a checkmark- however, when you click into those docs, it says that it’s been completed. We’ve reached out to DocuSign, and so far they’ve suggested clearing cookies/cached data and trying incognito/different browsers- we’ve done all that to no avail. For reference, this only started happening fairly recently- around 4/16/24- prior to that, everything was working as expected. I’ve done some research online and so far haven’t been able to find any relevant info. Any help is massively appreciated! As you would expect we have watched the DocuSign video, which is very helpful, but for obvious reasons we wanted to test the process ourselves ahead of roll-out. However, when issuing a document (from the Sandbox) requiring a QES to one of the team using their work email address, the process didn’t work: issuing from live also didn’t work, but issuing to a staff member’s personal email address DID work and worked well. Is there a restriction that prevents us issuing to colleagues using their work email addresses - may be because they are already within one of our DocuSign groups? We never encountered that problem when testing documents requiring only a Simple Signature - even with the addition of 2FA. Do we need to tweak a setting? We are trying to use FormulaTab field to add 3 business days from Date Signed to display a date to the user. As per Docusign docs (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/esign101/concepts/tabs/calculated-fields/) we can use the formula to do basic date manipulation like AddDays([todaysDate], 3) but is there a way to do a bit more complex manipulation like add 3 business days. I would like to be able to send a document to an internal person for approval, that doesn’t then register the document as “signed” and still allows for corrections - mainly being able to swap out the document. The reasoning here is once the document is approved and sent to the external client, we often receive requests for amendments, and it’s currently costing us a fortune in having to void envelopes and resend a new one. Whilst I can take this internal approval process offline and out of Docusign, and instead send the document to the client first, I would really prefer to have the entire process kept within Docusign. It was my first time using DocuSign, while trying to familiarize myself with the process, I uploaded a signature as a test. Now, I am unable to change this signature to the correct one. I searched for the solution, I found out that I need to create an account to change the signature, I have since created a DocuSign account, but the file doesn't exist in my account to sign it! I even tried to register my signature in my account and the tried to sign the file in my email but it still use the first signature(the test one) Could you please assist me in accessing the file in my account or guide me on how to change my signature for this document? For example, do both actions provide evidence the recipient saw the email and at least opened/viewed the document? Sometimes when recipients have not signed the document, I email them and indicate, “I notice you opened (and/or viewed) the document on xxxx but have not signed it. The deadline for xxxx has passed.” When there are strict deadlines contained within the document and recipients try to say they were not aware of/did not see the DocuSign email until after the deadline, I want to be correct if I ‘counter’ with evidence on the report that indicates otherwise.
