AMAZON.SG RETURNS POLICY

For Amazon fulfilled orders shipping within Singapore, you can return most items
within 15 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. You can use this
page to learn about our returns policies, including our change of mind returns
policy. Our returns policies do not affect your rights under the Consumer
Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, including any rights you may have in respect
of faulty items. Please see our Returning Faulty Items policy for more
information.  Third-party sellers on Amazon.sg are expected to offer returns on
an equivalent basis but their specific policies may vary.   

Note: Extended Change of Mind Returns Information: For the 2024 holiday season,
eligible items purchased between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2024 can be
returned for Change of Mind until 31 January 2025.

Replacements are also available but are only for items that are sold and
fulfilled by Amazon SG- see About Replacements and Amazon.sg Refunds Policy.



The eligibility of your return request may be affected if the condition of the
returned item is misrepresented or the item returned is different from your
purchase. In some circumstances, a different item returned may still be eligible
for a refund or a replacement (for example, if you receive a wrong item due to
an Amazon.sg error).



Amazon.sg Change of mind returns:



If you change your mind, you may return most new and unopened items fulfilled by
Amazon SG within 15 days of receipt of delivery in Singapore and within 30 days
of the receipt of delivery in Malaysia for a full refund of the price you paid
for the item, provided you comply with the conditions below – see Amazon.sg
Refunds Policy. Original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not
refunded.

CONDITIONS APPLYING TO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy: 

 * All item packaging, documentation (e.g. original boxes, price tag intact,
   manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal
   etc), and original accompanying accessories must be returned with the
   returned items. 
 * Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable) except for
   fashion items (e.g. clothing, jewellery, shoes and watches) which can be
   opened.
 * New items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn. 
 * All items must not be damaged, contain missing parts or in unsellable
   condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering.
 * All items must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after
   delivery. 

Amazon.sg is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the
specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply
with this Policy. 

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items
that are returned because they are faulty.


CUSTOMER DAMAGE

Amazon.sg is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of
customer negligence, misuse or tampering, is damaged, has missing parts or in an
unsellable condition.


SHIPPING

For return requests which do not comply with our returns policies, you may be
charged the return shipping cost. 

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
If your item is eligible for and is returned using a pre-paid return option, a
return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount ($7 for Amazon.sg
orders). Alternatively, if you use the self ship label, you are responsible for
paying the cost of return shipping.


GIFT CARDS  

Gift Cards are not returnable for change of mind after purchase (except as
required by law). For more information about Gift Card limitations, see
Amazon.sg Gift Card Terms & Conditions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items (such as hazardous materials, health/personal care and food) are
not returnable to Amazon.sg. A full list of non-returnable items is available
here . In some circumstances, these items may be eligible for a refund or a
replacement (for example, if you receive the wrong item due to an Amazon.sg
error or if the item is faulty). Please Contact Us. 


SELLER RETURN POLICY

Third-party sellers on Amazon.sg are expected to offer returns on an equivalent
basis, but their policies may vary. To determine whether items sold and
fulfilled by a third-party seller can be returned, check the returns policy set
by the seller. See: Third-Party Seller Returns and Refunds.

AMAZON INTERNATIONAL STORE RETURN POLICY:

AMAZONGLOBAL RETURN POLICY:

AmazonGlobal relates to purchases made on Amazon.sg that are shippable to
customers outside of Singapore. AmazonGlobal items can take several days to
reach us once you ship them. The amount will be refunded in Singapore Dollars.
Please see our AmazonGlobal Returns page for information about returning
Amazon.sg items shipped outside Singapore.




FRESH & FAST ITEMS:

If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of an Amazon Fresh, Watsons or Little
Farms product, we’ll issue a refund up to 15 days from the date of delivery. If
you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable grocery item from Amazon Fresh,
Watsons or Little Farms, you can request a refund through Your orders. We won’t
ask you to return the item. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Refund
when prompted. If the refund option isn't available, kindly contact-us.

Note: 

The majority of grocery items on Amazon Fresh, Watsons and Little Farms aren't
returnable, but may be refunded.
