Note: Extended Change of Mind Returns Information: For the 2024 holiday season, eligible items purchased between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2024 can be returned for Change of Mind until 31 January 2025. Replacements are also available but are only for items that are sold and fulfilled by Amazon SG- see About Replacements and Amazon.sg Refunds Policy. The eligibility of your return request may be affected if the condition of the returned item is misrepresented or the item returned is different from your purchase. In some circumstances, a different item returned may still be eligible for a refund or a replacement (for example, if you receive a wrong item due to an Amazon.sg error). Amazon.sg Change of mind returns: If you change your mind, you may return most new and unopened items fulfilled by Amazon SG within 15 days of receipt of delivery in Singapore and within 30 days of the receipt of delivery in Malaysia for a full refund of the price you paid for the item, provided you comply with the conditions below – see Amazon.sg Refunds Policy. Original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. Please also check the details for items that are not returnable. CONDITIONS APPLYING TO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS Unless otherwise stated in this Policy: * All item packaging, documentation (e.g. original boxes, price tag intact, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal etc), and original accompanying accessories must be returned with the returned items. * Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable) except for fashion items (e.g. clothing, jewellery, shoes and watches) which can be opened. * New items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn. * All items must not be damaged, contain missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering. * All items must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery. Amazon.sg is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Policy. These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty. CUSTOMER DAMAGE Amazon.sg is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering, is damaged, has missing parts or in an unsellable condition. SHIPPING For return requests which do not comply with our returns policies, you may be charged the return shipping cost. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. If your item is eligible for and is returned using a pre-paid return option, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount ($7 for Amazon.sg orders). Alternatively, if you use the self ship label, you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. FRESH & FAST ITEMS: If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of an Amazon Fresh, Watsons or Little Farms product, we’ll issue a refund up to 15 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable grocery item from Amazon Fresh, Watsons or Little Farms, you can request a refund through Your orders. We won’t ask you to return the item.
