<ol>
<li>It takes 24 to 48 hours for the survey system to process a closed SR.<br>
<em>If your SR closed more than 48 hours ago, and you have not received an invitation, you may request one using the "request a survey for a recently closed SR" option above.</em>
</li>
<li>You have previously opted-out of receiving surveys from Oracle Support.<br>
<em>You may request a survey invitation for any recently closed SR using the "request a survey for a recently closed SR" option above. Doing so will opt you in to receiving invitations for future closed SRs.</em>
</li>
<li>Your mail server may have treated the survey invitation as a *SPAM* mail.<br>
<em>Please check your SPAM or Junk folders, and check with your mail system administrators to ensure that the invitaiton mesages are not incorrectly flagged.</em>
</li>
</ol>
<p><b>Note:</b> Survey invitation emails will be sent from "no-reply@oracle.com" via servers in the "rightnowtech.com" domain (Oracle's Service Cloud division). You may need to ensure that "oracle.com" and "rightnowtech.com" are white listed in
your mail system, and that your company's firewall is configured to allow connections to "custhelp.com" in order to receive survey invitations and complete surveys. Survey invitations are sent to the email address under which the SR was logged.

<li>Copy the "Click Here" link URL from the email and paste it into your browser's location bar.</li>
<li>Try accessing the survey from another browser on your PC (e.g. try Firefox if you're using Internet Explorer, or Internet Explorer instead of Firefox).</li>
<li>Try accessing the survey from another PC on your network, or one on an outside network.</li>
<li>Ensure that your system and network firewall and/or proxy servers are configured to allow connections to the "custhelp.com" and "rightnow.com" domains. You may need to ask your network or system administrator to add this.</li>
<li>Check if your mail system or virus software has removed or mangled the link to the survey. The URL to the survey is personalized and contains information necessary to link the survey response to your SR. In order to complete the survey, you
must use the link in the invitation message.</li>
</ol>
