What Fred Does
Fred is a hybrid online and in-person program that gives high school students
the opportunity to learn about and experience entrepreneurship.

How Fred Does It  
Students consume online learning content that they apply by completing a series
of activities designed to take them on a journey from idea generation to
business plan execution.  Different themes determine the learning content each
term.  Learning content is augmented with access to a library of generative AI
prompts.
Students join and attend an Accountability Forum of between 8 – 10 students,
where forums are a safe and confidential space for students to engage on their
entrepreneurial journey. 

Termly learning events give students in-person access to learn from and engage
with entrepreneurs and fellow students from different schools.

A game theory-based points system gives students access to one-on-one advice
from entrepreneurs, mentoring and workplace experience or internships.  Students
that execute their business strategy will be offered the opportunity to pitch
for funding support.

typical university-into-corporate career journey
