NATURE EXPLORATIONS

Local Nature Classes and Hikes

Natural History of the SF Bay Area:  An ongoing series of delightful &
informative nature discovery hikes designed to enhance our understanding &
appreciation of regional natural history, diversity & ecology. Fall, Winter,
Spring sessions; Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 10:00—3:00. Drop-ins welcome.

Nature Travel Adventures

Europe, Africa, Australia, South America….Where on Earth would YOU like to go?

Take a walk on the wild side! Nature Explorations throughout California, further
afield & abroad. Eco-travel adventures for congenial groups of relaxed,
like-minded, fun-loving nature enthusiasts.

Docent Training Programs

Diane West-Bourke conducts comprehensive nature docent training programs &
enrichment classes for the Midpeninsula Open Space District (MROSD) & other
nature education organizations.  Dedicated, knowledgeable docents are vital to
nature education & conservation because:

Enneagram Studies

Nature Explorations invites you to explore not only the nature of the wild
world, but also to explore the intriguing nature of the world inside yourself.

The Enneagram is an elegant, dynamic psychological model of personality that
gives us powerful & effective tools for self-discovery, personal growth &
understanding others on a profound level. Typing interviews & private sessions
available. Workshops forthcoming.
