attendees in general and being able to transition into break out rooms when
required was fantastic. Hands down the best online training course I have
attended is a long time. Access to the student guide and open assessment was

the Scrum Master processes were at prior to the course.

better than I expected. I was disappointed not to get an in-person delivery
option (mainly due to sitting through way too much zoom only internal training
over the past 3 years due to the pandemic, so have been burnt by that), however
after attending I was more than satisfied. The course text book had plenty of
space for notes so I was able to look at that and not just a screen all day. The
2nd camera Neil had for showing him drawing diagrams was really good and the
quiz's were really good for helping cement the learning. Neil was well paced in
his delivery, and very good at highlighting key points a number of times and in
different ways which really made them stick - perfect prep for a theory exam.
I'd prefer this delivery method going forward now.

It was good to have an initial host each day, Stephanie, and a passionate
presenter, Axel.
The tools of Zoom, Miro, other break-out rooms and the ability to follow along
in the course material as the presenter proceeded through the course were great.
The presenter managed feedback well with the use of zoom hand gestures.
The group exercises were great in understanding the building blocks.
Each session of around 1 hour 15 minutes followed by a short tea break or longer
lunch break were well managed.
The course was over 4 days and a lot of content was covered. With the amount of
material the course I think was balanced and flowed well.

the zoom experience was good. As mentioned below, I really liked the printed
book that was sent which had the slides in plus lots of space to write - this
helped ensure I wasn't looking at the screen all day. The experience was way
better than I expected. I was disappointed not to get an in-person delivery
option (mainly due to sitting through way too much zoom only internal training
over the past 3 years due to the pandemic, so have been burnt by that), however
after attending I was more than satisfied. The course text book had plenty of
space for notes so I was able to look at that and not just a screen all day. The
2nd camera Neil had for showing him drawing diagrams was really good and the
quiz's were really good for helping cement the learning. Neil was well paced in
his delivery, and very good at highlighting key points a number of times and in
different ways which really made them stick - perfect prep for a theory exam.
I'd prefer this delivery method going forward now.

encouragement (noting I am a PM in IT, so not all of us are whiny if the
examples are not about IT - I actually preferred that and enjoyed the range of
examples :-) ) The examples were really useful for breaking concepts down into
every day applications/events/scenarios. heaps of example exams which were
great. having the slides available to also write on helped with keeping on
track. Leigh's energy and humor is infectious and was great for keeping us
motivated - even when the group was lacking energy in the later part of the
week.
Breaks were well spaced out during the day and the flow of the sessions worked
really well. Especially enjoyed the Practitioner days - breaking up the chapters
and working through the sample exam in pieces with immediate explanations for
answers worked really well for me.

It was good to have an initial host each day, Stephanie, and a passionate
presenter, Axel.
The tools of Zoom, Miro, other break-out rooms and the ability to follow along
in the course material as the presenter proceeded through the course were great.
The presenter managed feedback well with the use of zoom hand gestures.
The group exercises were great in understanding the building blocks.
Each session of around 1 hour 15 minutes followed by a short tea break or longer
lunch break were well managed.
The course was over 4 days and a lot of content was covered. With the amount of
material the course I think was balanced and flowed well.

I was unsure about virtual training VS in person and I can say that it made no
