Hi all, I have hundreds of shipping addresses on hand, and they are shared by
10,000 individual customers, I need all addresses could be chosen on SO for
those customers, any way to achieve that without loading addresses against all
customers? thanks.

I have access to, and use, a few TSTDRV accounts. Recently I've had emails from
NS stating they'll remove them if I don't use them and that they have not been
used in 50ish days. I've logged on to each and written scripts/save searches etc
in each account frequently, certainly in the last fortnight. Does anyone know if
there's a specific action that would be considered "using the account" to
prevent the impending threat?

there should be a parent customer field, if you have it exposed - you cna also
just search for name in big search field it will show like ***** : ***** (may
depends on your preference settings)

Hello! We have a customer who requires (I won’t go into why here) that we
invoice in different currencies per orderline. As far as I understand, that is
not possible within Netsuite’s standard limit. But has anyone accomplished this
with a customization or a workaround?

Is there a way to use a specific Advanced PDF template in an email initiated
from a workflow? We don't want to use this PDF template as the default. It is
only used when an email is sent via a certain workflow. I have tried changing
the form to a form with that PDF saved to it in the workflow before sending the
email, but it is not sending he correct PDF template.

Hi (not sure if this is the right channel). May I ask is it possible to change
the Job currency? For example I have a Customer which subsidiary is Australia
and the base currency is AUD, now I create a Job under the customer but I want
the currency to be USD. Is it possible?

same file in other account, the url generated is not in same format. Below is

Hi, Last year we created a project and linked that project to a sales order.
Based on the sales order, we have created the Item Fulfillment, Invoice,
Payment, Deposit, Revenue Arrangement and Journals. Now we have identified that
the sales order customer and the project customer are different and we need to
set the sales order customer to the project record. Is there any easy way to
change the customer in the project record?

Hi All, does any know why when a user clicks on the "*Refresh items from
project*" on the Sales order, it removes existing lines on the SO rather than
updating it? Even though there is invoice to generate on the deleted line.

Hello All! I am having some trouble getting my custom email message to render. I
filled out the introduction text and that comes through in the email. I have a
company logo image and a horizontal bar that will not render in the email. Any
recommendations or solutions to getting the content to render?

I want to update our Avalara bundle (posted in #taxes) But we are on 2471 and
the new one is 296604. When updating the bundle it will push us to 296604, but I
have a lot of scripts that are asking to be either "Add and Rename" or "Replace
Existing Object". Is there recommendations on how to handle this? From what I
can tell it is just trying to update the original scripts from bundle 2471. And
then I also have the preference of "Do Not Update Deployments" or "Update
Deployments". If I Add and Rename, will those old script still trigger?

I have a formula (percent) with maximum summary type in a saved search with the
following formula below. It looks like the error is caused by “SUM part”. Is
there a way to restructure this in a way that NS would accept? CASE WHEN
{targetutilization} = 0.00 THEN 1.00 ELSE SUM({time.durationdecimal})/40 END

Hi experts, do we have a standard way of changing the billing schedule on an
existing sales order? we are aware that this is not the best practice but just

We have a role that can make non gl updates in closed periods. But bill address
can not be changed on invoices. They do the change, press save, no warning, but
the address is not changed after save. Admin role can do it. What are we
missing?
