     NICE HOTEL BUT TOO EXPENSIVE
     
     The hotel is comfortable and nicely located in Toronto. I was satisfied
     with the stay but felt that the price was far too high. The hotel is nice
     but average; very busy, not very stylish, with basic amenities. I could
     have booked a 5-star luxury hotel in downtown Toronto for a similar price.
     For half the price, I'd say this hotel is excellent. For the price, I'd
     book somewhere higher end.

     Great location, but very tired and dated rooms and furnishings--not the

     LACK OF WELCOMING
     
     I started my visit with lack of parking. I had to park on a different
     parking lot. As I walk to my room I found 3 garbage cans and a vacuum
     sitting on the hallway. Went out for a walk and came back these items were
     still sitting in the same spot. Next morning garbage cans were still on the
     hallway, went for breakfast at their restaurant the waiter was rood and
     arrogant, the buffet was nothing special and overpriced. Came back to my
     room after breakfast and dirty dishes in-the hallway, these were there for
     over 2 hours. Next morning same thing dirty dishes and vacuum in the
     hallway and no one cleaning so I have no idea why what is the deal here.

     EXCELLENT HOTEL AND SERVICE ABOVE PAR
     
     Stayed at this hotel for several nights on a business trip. Hotel staff
     very polite and professional. Location is the best in Toronto. I would

     THE PERFECT TORONTO HOTEL WITH AN AMAZING VIEW
     
     I have stayed at the Westin before a long time ago but when I was looking
     into wedding hotel options it was the first one to come to mind! I booked
     the Algonquin Suite. It was like a dream - the room was spacious, modern
     and very clean. It was quiet and felt like we had the floor to ourselves.
     The staff went above and beyond - Michael and Janet in particular did
     everything to make sure all my questions were answered and that I would
     have a perfect wedding experience. I ordered a spare cot weeks before and
     it was all set to go in the room when I arrived.
     I also had dinner with family at the Chartroom on Thursday and Janet must
     have noted it was my wedding because the table was decorated with a nice
     tablecloth and candles which was super special. Our server Kathy was so
     attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at all times - and she
     was super friendly.
     I also had guest welcome bags I left with the concierge and they made sure
     they were given out to all my guests checking in which was so appreciated.
     My family commented on how awesome the entire staff was during their stay.
     Thank you for an amazing, amazing experience. It truly made my wedding
     weekend that much more special.
