distribute such Contributed Content, and to sell, modify, create derivative
works from and/or to incorporate such Contributed Content into other works in

TRADEMARKS

Euronext has registered the names of its most important markets, indices,
products and services as trademarks in the European Union and other countries
throughout the world. These trademarks are important assets of Euronext. You may
not register nor use a company name, statutory name, trade name, domain name or
other name, indication or description, of which any of the registered trademarks
owned by Euronext NV and its affiliates forms part without the express written
permission of Euronext.

The names of other companies and third party products may be the trademarks or
service marks of their respective owners and should be treated as such.


DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

There may be delays, omissions, errors, or inaccuracies in the Content, and the
