     GREAT HOTEL.
     
     Overall, it was very nice. Enjoyed my stay and was comfortable. Everything
     was clean and well taken care of the staff and caretakers apparently do a
     great job. Would recommend and likely will stay there again.

     NICE IN SOME WAYS, NOT IN OTHERS.
     
     Having worked in the Hotel industry for over twenty years, I want to say, I
     know firsthand what it takes to run a large property. I also know what a
     devastating toll covid has had on the industry. I have stayed at the other
     upscale hotels at STL airport and the concerns I had with this property are
     on par with the others in the immediate area and honestly, most hotels
     across the country right now; Housekeeping and maintenance are lacking. I
     would also add I spent two years as a housekeeping manager, so please
     understand I know how difficult it is to keep a hotel of any size clean. As
     for what I noticed at the Renaissance STL: The smoke detectors looked bad
     and needed to be replaced. The bathroom was fine and while the room
     furniture was not in great shape it was not the worst I have seen. I did
     find the top of a deodorant tube or something on the bed. It was clear and
     the housekeeper is forgiven for missing it but I'm not sure how it got
     there. The staff was nice the restaurant food was good. The hallways were
     not vacuumed. The carpet was clean, meaning not stained or ripped but was
     dirty from the days traffic. I arrived at about 6pm so it should have been
     vacuumed already. The biggest issue was the lobby/restaurant furniture. A
     lot of it looks very bad. I saw many rips and tears. Particularly the large
     white sofa in the side seating area. It was just plain dirty. You can see
     the layer of dirt on it. Otherwise, the hotel has its good points it's just
     suffering from what so many hotels are right now, lack of housekeeping and
     maintenance.

     St louis Renaissance used to be a great place to stay. But this visit will
     be the last. Our room hadn't been cleaned; the beds looked like they had
     been slept in and the sheets had tears, there was still food and drink in
     the fridge, and fries on the floor. There were dirty dishes from what
     looked like the night before outside our door and they were still there
     when we left the next morning.

     From the moment we checked in we were treated like VIPs. The front desk was
     wonderful, as well as the cleaning staff. The food and wait staff at
     restaurant were AMAZING! We will definitely be coming back to the hotel the

     The bathroom was pretty dingy. Big crack along ceiling. There was no free
     coffee in the morning had to pay for Starbucks. Restaurant was expensive
